I think Ray Lewis would make an incredible guest! There seems to be tremendous respect between Ben and Ray. It would be awesome to hear how the other side treated the rivalry. Would love to hear Ray's opinion about how intense/dirty the Bengals rivalry became as well.
Even better than Ray would be Suggs. They were the 2 that had the biggest rivalry on the field.
I definitely agree with Suggs, more than Lewis unless Ben has Joey Porter there as well. @@BobbyDillon-ug5te

@@chrismauk6539 That would be incredible, but I'm not sure it could actually happen. Those guys had a genuine dislike for Hines. I'm not so sure tempers wouldn't flare. If Bart Scott was involved, there would almost certainly be a fist fight. lol

Having Ray Lewis on the show would be dope. Growing up watching that intense rivalry in the early 2000's, hearing the perspective from both sides would be awesome.

Awesome show, I’m surprised no one is coming forward to sponsor your show. How about asking the Steelers? It’s the least they can do for all you did, Ben! Anyway, having Stage 4 Cancer, I have always wished I could be at a Steeler game on the field to watch. I would even pay with anything and everything I have or mop the floors at the facility till end of my days without any type of pay. Unfortunately, it’s sad to realize that it’s out of my reach or out of my league. Thank you kindly for making my day a little brighter…always a Listener!

Great episode gents! Very cool hearing about Ben's son. Some of my favorite memories with my son was during pee wee football. Never been more proud than watching him battle in PA weather and play with heart. Some of that heart he learned from watching the best football team on earth. That's why he wore #43.

I watch this podcast religiously and I was in vacation for a week at ocean city and I had the honor and privilege to be on my way home and be at a store we will not name and had the honor just to see big Ben and I was in shock and froze and didn't no what to say and also didn't want to bother him cuz he is still a family man but thank u big ben

Ben, I coached high school for 14 years I’ve only played division two football but now I’m coaching the last six years or seven years my kids and youth football and you’re right it’s more exciting to see them get the concepts and and displaying it so I’m with you

Both my boys are playing football, the 9 year old is a defensive end, and the 7 year old is a runningback. I was a wide receiver and free safety. Trying to help them get better has been a blessing. The youngest one has been struggling. He’s like I was at his age, afraid to tackle and afraid to get tackled. He’s only 42 pounds, which I was really small also. I never got past 5’9” lol. At least I had my speed.

It’s really nice to hear Ben name dropping players and see his kind of excitement for the Steelers this year. You could tell beginning of last year he was sort of bitter and not really into it. And that’s ok and understandable. Completely understand. Just nice to see Ben talk about our team with excitement

Oh yeah for sure. Even as a lifer Steelers fan, I'll give props to Ray Lewis. His football IQ was of the best of them, and yeah, agree with the, if he was going to beat you, he'd want to beat the best you had rather than because of an injury or some other thing. I've seen him in a few interviews where he said, man we hated those guys (Steelers), But we had to respect them for their game. That says a lot.

Always been a Big Ben and Pittsburgh fan, I am gonna mail a couple beers from our local brewery in Fort Myers, FL but random question, my husband and I just really got into NFL cards and started a break club and I got a numbered Ben card and wanted to send it with the beers hoping for a Auto 🙏🏻🙏🏻 But I don't wanna risk losing thr numbered card if I'm not gonna get it back 😂😂
