He was such a moose, most QBs would get flattened by their own lineman, Big Ben just bounced off of them. Even as a Raiders fan I miss watching him play. He was so damn good its scary. Pump fake and pocket finessing king.
What makes it worse is 90% of those balls had impeccable ball placement. Ben was always the greatest at putting the ball in the right spot for his receivers.

I believe that’s honestly the main reason Kenny fell to the Steelers the way he did. Because he don’t have that #1 trait that puts him over the top. I just miss seeing him let it rip deep. A lot of those passes are 40+ yards downfield a couple under thrown but not really. I don’t even know if Kenny can do that or not. Ben made his WRs better immediately because he could extend plays and let it rip deep. Kenny don’t need to be Ben cause no one was even now guys can sling it but Ben just had that perfect deep ball. Even in his later seasons he still had that just not as often cuz the line was awful.

They really didn't mature as an offense until the killer B's and wow 12 TDs in 2 games. The defense wasn't championship caliber at the time and in fact the B's themselves never made it to a championship game intact, too bad.
Ehhh, overall, with the exception of Randy Moss, Steelers have historically been better at wide receiver. The issue is when Brady was in his prime he had top level defenses to work with. Ben in his prime? He dropped 40 point on the Jag in the divisional and still lost. He had to carry a team with only par and sometimes subpar defensive units. The 3 times he went to the Superbowl? Steelers defense was at least top 5 or higher.

No way! He had no quit in him and his arm was great!

Ben was definitely one of the best QBs in NFL history and yet still to this day he is under rated. I can't wait till he gets into HOF an honor he truly deserves.

I counted 40 Dropped TDs! Ben is 8th all time in TDs and only needed 3 more to be 5th all time. Plus that was around 1,000 Yards worth of Drops in that video. Ben could have had even better stats and records.

Kenny made some goods plays and looked better as the season went on but it was clear Ben was special from game 1.
