I love my ikea cube as well. I knit baby stuff all the time. My daughter is always coming home saying a colleague is pregnant. So I can haul out a blanket and freshen it up. She loves that cause she knows that someone else wont get the same thing. We add in a gift card for mom like a mani pedi certificate 😁

Can you explain your advent granny square project? It sounds really interesting
Yes! Basically I made one granny square a day from each of the different mini skeins in my advent calendar. Eventually I will choose a solid color to do the final round on each square and join them together to make a blanket.
