I think it makes no sense to predict the future with security, as in six months these properties, objects and everything around them will already be old💛
Why does so much so-called futuristic architecture have to look so geometric, minimalist (in a bad way) and cold. The concept of "home warmth" has been totally forgotten by these "super" architects.

A shame the developer did not commit to the curve with the glazing system. That lobby and curved facade is incredible though.

the end result was a hybrid that has no a defined personality. i did not like it at all. mainly because is not as futuristic as it pretends to be.
Why is everything metallic when it comes to being futuristic. Why can't we have plastic buildings?
Metal is associated with machinery which makes people think of the future. Plastics can but only if its strong with a glossy finishing
