There appears to be levels of natural lighting through out this home which I found truly beautiful in how James was able to give the expression of natural light . Stunning work on every level. Looking from a passive perspective, how does it perform in terms of energy and airtightness, moisture etc. Does it require a lot of heating and cooling? Would love to see the detailing, for example I barely notice any drainage for the level entry. Great work James Stockwell.
Agreed. Lovely, but details would be iffy. Sound, too. While travel through concrete walls is surely limited, overall attenuation seems difficult in a concrete structure. Safety would also be a concern with lots of hard, smooth surfaces and even a part of the sliding glass door that drops into a stairwell across the threshold.
Someday I also want to have that kind of house, his taste is similar to me though, I don't know what modern house is at first, but then this video appeared and now I understand what MODERN is AND I LOVE IT! I also don't want to obsess about the views, and I don't want to obsess being devoted to that. like more keen on family and landscape. like I want the house designed for quite a lot of family to gather and have quality things that are important and being in nature... yeah I LOVE THAT!
This home is spectacular. I live in Okinawa, Japan and most of our homes and buildings are concrete. There are many benefits to concrete over other materials. Some buildings here are nothing more than big boring blocks, and others are works of art, or designed in traditional ways but formed in concrete instead of less durable materials. You can make it boring, or exciting and restful like this home.

I would love the peace this house can make u feel…
Absolutely exquisite.... I have always been in love with the architect of traditional homes... but my love in architect has shaped a new love and appreciation for the context of more earthly living environments. There appears to be levels of natural lighting through out this home which I found truly beautiful in how James was able to give the expression of natural light . I imagine being a concrete home it's quite cool in the summer time, I wonder to the colder months? This here has the presence to change ones mind in the presence of ones environment ... I'd give over my traditional for this earthing environment. Simply stunning.

Spectacular. Love how it grows out of the rock… I love how the windows/doors glide to bring outside in. And… I love all the rooftop gardens. Architect’s homes are gorgeous! Full of passion and intentionality, beauty and practicality and so energy efficient making the most of light, direction etc … fascinating.
Hello Sharon
Without doubt the best house you have featured!! Amazing 🏆
WOW! WOW! WOW! ...what a spectacular home to live in. Love the beautiful and insightful philosophy behind the design, a true work of art in architecture and living.
Building wealth from nothing involves consistent saving, disciplined spending, and strategic investments. Begin by creating a budget to track expenses and identify areas for savings. Prioritize paying off high-interest debt and establishing an emergency fund. As you build a foundation, start investing in low-cost options like index funds, and focus on continuous learning and improving your skills for better income opportunities.
Absolutely not, as I've closely tracked my portfolio's performance, witnessing a staggering $482k growth in just the last two quarters. This experience has taught me the secrets behind experienced traders' substantial gains in what might appear as unpredictable markets. Undoubtedly, it's been a bold and rewarding choice I made fairly recently.

Sir, this is a Wendy's.
i see a lot of financial advice comments popping up with replies with scammers named for the sake of googling nonexistent financial help. wish there was a way to properly report this
I love this house, the lines and the textures are incredible.
The contractor has done an incredible job on what’s obviously an intensely complex structure.
Hats of to them !!
What a beautiful house in a mountain. What could be better than to connect concrete with nature? I bet none. Thanks for the house tour.
I can't wait to build a house of my own someday. each video is inspiration for my future, a collection of ideas that I will continue to build off of
Same here!
I'm not easily impressed but damn this house blew me away. The attention to detail is breathtaking
Hahaha. Really. Why?
This is just fantastic, amazing, and some other words I dont remember right now
I have no words. It’s the house I’ve been dreaming about for years 🏡
The transformation is just wow! So impressive!
Everything is beautiful ❤️ from the location and the view to the fabulous finishes of the house
This is unreal, it looks so beautiful. All I kept doing was imagining myself living there
Stunning work on every level. Looking from a passive perspective, how does it perform in terms of energy and airtightness, moisture etc. Does it require a lot of heating and cooling? Would love to see the detailing, for example I barely notice any drainage for the level entry. Great work James Stockwell.

I wondered this too. What it’s like to live with comfort-wise. And how it was certified. Agree with drainage too. Very inconspicuous.
Wow! Just wow! Sustainability yet livability! Thank you Local Project 😎
Simply beautiful. Reminiscent of Falling Water
You guys have great editing and photography skills. Every showcase makes me feel glad to be a viewer.
ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR HOME!
is it possible to be in love with a house? because watching this had my heart beating fast and gave me butterflies in my tummy.
Wow, that is really something here. ✨ Wonderful vibes, details and the cellar? I love the lines of the corner window.
Beautiful house I like the design and how open it feels great job the location amazing you got this house spot on 👍🏻
I have an honest question - bc the home is so open, do you find that insects and spiders make their way into the space? It’s quite lovely, kudos!
exactly what I was thinking. Especially in Australia
You have to see villas in Bali, they have the best villas I've ever seen
These videos keep populating my home feed and I love it!
Absolutely beautiful architecture and design to make the house so otherwordly and peaceful
Absolutely stunning building. And the concept behind it. So very well considered and delivered. You genuinely should be proud of you what you did!
This is an amazingly designed home, perfect in so many ways
