Mahalo to my hard working husband, the back bone of our family and the most determined man I know. Glad he finally got to share his side and encourage other spouses/families 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

This interview was really great and the transparency is awesome.
I think for most local people we don’t have that kind of money to buy. Both of you had high excellent high paying jobs, connections , people, family, etc which actually positioned you to succeed. I think what you guys did is amazing and awesome and should be celebrated.
Confidence, pulling the trigger is nothing if you don’t have the money to do it, or the backgrounds of construction or engineering, contractors, etc means nothing no matter how motivated you are.
Anyway, just sharing my opinion and wish you all continued success in what you have built and it’s amazing to see locals killing it in the real estate business. Aloha ❤🤘🏼🤙🏼

Thank you for watching and these are the kinds of interactions we want to get the conversation started and see where peoples mindsets are holding them back. We did have good jobs in our 30's, networked and made connections that took us years to build then found real estate. We both started from $0 to get us to that point and knowing what we know now, you can ABSOLUTELY start with $0 if you are motivated that's why we're sharing what we WISH we knew. You don't need a construction background to wholesale or buy deals but you can work for a contractor and have him walk you through the steps. Get around people like us. Invest your time going to free events, webinars, classes, meet people through social media that is free. We do have the paid coaching as well that can cut the learning curve but there's so much free stuff you can learn on RUclips itself but you have to be driven to make it happen. Fuzzy got a loan for his first mentorship of $26k after coming out of prison with nothing. I charged my credit card being -$100k in debt. But we were both that motivated to succeed we wouldn't let any excuse stop us. I pray that you find the belief in yourself to get over the fears we all once had about money. I grew up in low income housing, raised by a single mom and put myself through college with a baby living paycheck to paycheck. But what I did learn is how to use other peoples money to excel whether that be saving every dollar I could, leveraging loans and scholarships, etc.
