  • In this video, I will be taking you to Pamir Highway, Panj River and Afghan Villages. The Pamir Highway, also known as the Wakhan Corridor, is an incredible stretch of road that passes through some of the most breathtaking landscapes in the world. Along the Pamir Highway, you’ll find stunning views of snow-capped mountains, vast deserts, and rolling hills. The Wakhan Corridor, which is part of the Pamir Highway, is a narrow strip of land located in north-eastern Afghanistan. This area is known for its remote villages, spectacular mountain passes, and the Wakhan River, which runs along the entire length of the corridor. The Pamir Highway is a great way to explore the Wakhan Corridor and experience its stunning natural beauty.

What a beautiful place that is... the mountains, the river, those villages on the Afghan side. Almost like a strange world from a totally different time. I'd love to be able to visit one day, but until then: thank you for the tour and the amazing videos!

Honestly when it comes to roads you are either on a carpet road or one that will rearrange all your internal organs. It is true both for Afghanistan and Tajikistan

I honestly don’t want to provide anything because things changes every year it also depends on your itinerary so it would be best if you ask them, they are very friendly

Do you think it is possible to visit the Pamir area as a day trip? Or needs a couple of days? It seems so far away from Dushanbe
