The song is about Tatiana's struggle with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) and how she overcomes it and returns to living her life like the returning perennial flowers in the spring. Besides being a great performer, Tatiana is a very good lyricist. That was the band's closer. I highly recommend their opener "Who is going to be the One" (Live, Napalm Records) becauses it showcases the musicianship of the rest of the band and Tatiana's showmanship.
An amazing part of this performance is this was their last song of the set. That energy, the vocals, the performance after having done a whole bunch of other songs. Crazy.
Tatiana is one of the most amazing singers I've ever seen in my time. Her ability to sing beautiful clean notes then drop into her growl is just amazing. VAH-kin...
Don’t sweat the order in which you react to Jinjer songs. You’ll never please everyone so just do them using whatever process you want. If you want to do them by recommendations….that’s fine by me. It’s your channel do whatever you want just keep them coming. One of my many favorites by them is “Pit of Consciousness” (live in Kiev). It’s a Friday night turn that shit up LOUD and let it rip kind of song. Have fun with whatever one you choose next.
This song is fantastic. The band nails it. Tatiana is so amazing on stage. Especially the way she combines her movements and incredible vocals too embody a feeling or character in the song is captivating. It draws you right in.
"Who is gonna be the one" live from napalm records, should be your next, it's an oldie but you really see some cool shit from the band and from Tatiana. Also the first thing I ever saw or heard from them, and it got me immediately hooked on them.
Jinjer is a band I’d love to meet someday. They’re unique and seem to evolve in a great way that few other bands do. The lyrics are another star in the band that doesn’t get talked about much. They are deep and cleverly written. Even more impressive that they’re done in a language that’s not they’re primary one. 🤘🏼
Great reaction!!! LOL... Yes there are a lot of Jinjer fans that are really hard core, but in reality just do them in any order you want cause we will all watch your reactions anyway right?!?! I believe it's because they want you to go on the same journey that most of have and did. From Pisces, to Perennial... etc , But any Jinjer song is amazing in it's own way!!! Please you two do you and we will watch!!! Love seeing you facial expressions cause we all did the same our first time watching Jinjer!!! Cassie you are absolutely beautiful and stunning and love how Real (your personalities) are with all of the music you two react to! Thank you so much for taking the time to do the reactions so we can watch as well !!! Keep going !
Vortex blew me away, showcases amazingly smoothe changes and just how tight this band is.Amd Tatiana is well... Tatiana, nuff said. Visuals are solid too.
Awesome guys I've been waiting for this one! Jinjer is one of those rare bands who are even better live than they are in studio. Just do the order you want, but I would support those below who suggest "Who Is Gonna Be The One", another great live performance.
They’re all the best one 🖤 Could you guys check out Wallflower or Vortex off their new album? Loving your journey with them 🖤 I actually prefer the live version of this. It’s about Tatiana’s seasonal depression, as far as I know.
The next one should be, 'Judgement (and Punishment)' Tatiana's one-take vocal version, after that you could go one of two ways, either go back to their earlier stuff or forward to their newer tracks, older stuff; 'I Speak Astronomy' the official video, 'Sit Stay Roll Over' the official video this is a heavier track and it was this track that got them noticed by Napalm Records, both of these feature their old drummer before his accident and was then replaced by Vlad their current drummer, another slightly older track than this is 'Who Is Going To Be The One' live, more recent stuff; 'Pit Of Consciousness' and 'On The Top' both live in Kiev, 'Home Back' the official video, which is a protest song about the occupation of their area of the Ukraine (which of course has worsened over the last few weeks), 'Vortex' the official video, which brings you up-to-date as it's from there latest album released last year. By the way, the band are from the Ukraine, as I mentioned, its members are: Tatiana on Vocals, Roman on Guitar, Eugene is the Bassist, Vlad is on Drums. I hope that this all helps. Keep up the great reactions, thank you.
That was the last song of this live... the final song in live is ever difficult cause used very energy and tired at lest...but never with Tatiana.. the new Metal Goddess since 10 years (& sure, that's not my only opinion, right ? thx about your React... and we salute you from France, stay & keep safe both !!!
My vote is Who is gonna be the one live Napalm records an open air daytime performance excellent audio and visuals and heavier than your previous Jinjer’s.Perennial like the flowers are seasonal and die off in the fall/winter only to be reborn in the spring thus the in coma reference and relates to Tatiana’s seasonal depressions.Peace,Love and Harmony
It's a pity that the lyrics are hard to follow cause they are mostly of a high poetic level. This singersongwriter and frontwoman is something else. As recommended many times already I mention 'Who is gonna be the one' and 'Pit of consciousness", both blistering live performances and both with a totally different atmosphere and energie. Maybe it's more interesting to see the old Jinjer first: 'Outlander, Cloud Factory and Scissors, all 3 live, are more straight in the face but also highly entertaining and will give you an impression of where they are coming from. How then also, greetings from Rotterdam. it's 'Wacken' by the way;-)
I agree with the young lady. She does get cuter every time. Plus she is one hell of s singer... NOTE - too many people anymore are asses. All they do is negative. I believe it is a world wide collective reaction to Covid. Sort of a form of PTSD. All I know is it is SAD. You two hang tough. Haters are going to hate.
Don't sweat the annoying comments...every fanbase seems to have "those" fans. I'm a big Tool fan and some of us can be utterly ridiculous and insufferable, LOL! Everyone is going to recommend "Who is Gonna Be the One" so I'll throw in a few alternatives that are, in my opinion, better. Your channel; your pick! 😉 Pit of Consciousness - OMV or Live in Kiev On the Top - Live in Kiev Retrospection - OMV I Speak Astronomy - OMV Just Another - OMV (for some older flavor)
Dude you can't get butthurt about yt commenters, they seek weakness to amp up within you. Just take the hint and follow the lead of your fine video-partner there, and just get Zen. Everything gonna be okay.
Nah I'm not hurt about it. I think of it as a way to interact with our comments. It's more of a light-hearted joke but maybe it doesn't come off that way.
Hello I hope you are well, I have seen several videos of you, and despite the format. It is good, at the time of the review when analyzing, the truth being very honest with you, especially with the little man who with the incessant comments at all times of the analysis of the songs kills the epic lies of each song and becomes very boring and that is not good, give guidelines to the songs so that they can analyze and react at the same time and not be very boring and have more audience

@@AMusicianandaJerk it’s ok guy and gal…/I figured u would but telling u as a concert promoter, imminence is one band that will blow u away especially with violin and piano. I think the musician is the one apologizing for saying Wacken wrong and the jerk is probably the one say they'll say it wrong cuz they like how it sounds better and as a bonus it annoys people hahaha.

JINJER - Judgement (& Punishment) - Tatiana Shmayluk - One Take Vocal Performance
This band is the next level of musicianship.
Tatiana is one of the most amazing singers I've ever seen in my time. Her ability to sing beautiful clean notes then drop into her growl is just amazing.

Cassie’s facial expressions to Tatiana’s growls/cleans are priceless. Love it! Enjoy Dream Theater/Arch Enemy tonight 🤘🏽

I agree. Just do then in any order you want. They don't disappoint. I also love the live version of Pit of Consciousness from Kyiv.
This song is fantastic. The band nails it.

👆 Can't go wrong with that one 👍
yes.
One of my favorites as well. The song just keeps punching you in the face! In fact, I'm gonna go watch it again....for like the 20th time.

The song is at least partly about seasonal depression, but like a perennial she is renewed by spring and warmer weather

Yeah ..try one of their recent videos : Vortex,
It’s actually an amazing song and video
It’s hard to pick Jinjers best however Vortex is right up there.
Jinjer is one of the best live bands out right now! Also the video for Perennial is worth watching. Wallflower is a good song to do.
Who's gonna be the one & just another. Awesome Jinjer songs too

Judgement and punishment NXT
Don't worry we will be doing lots more.
I think this would be the perfect time to check out "Home Back" which is their commentary on the war in their home country of Ukraine.
A good one to check out would be "Captain Clock" live at Resurrection fest..... 🔥🔥🔥

This is what natural talent and thousands of hours practise does , creates someone amazing like Tatiana. World says no to war in Ukraine.
I Speak Astronomy is a really good one. If not next, Keep it in mind,
Wacken always has great audio. The OMV is great too. Try 'Mediator' OMV next.

Not to press the issue, but not only is the "W" in Wacken pronounced like a "V", the "A" is a long sound like in "Ah". 🤣😆
Try I Speak Astronomy. Official video. Make sure you watch the whole video. It’s another very different look and vibe. One I’m sure you’ll like
vortex is their best song IMO... no repeating parts too, like Bohemian Rhapsody
Do JINJER Retrospection
Vortex
The musician has something blue glowing between her legs.
I still want to fight those people! lol. 💁♀️😋😁
Wallflower next or who's gonna be the one.

I genuinly thought Mr Musician was German-speaking or maybe Danish.
Ahhh yeah I think it was just the weird sound of that last video.
