I grew up on the edge of a "good sized" dairy farm in Ohio... THAT Farmer ALSO rotated 1Γ field, out of 7; to "lie fallow" each year!!!
Even though the "Matriarch" of the Farmer's family taught Sunday School, she had already been up and AT WORK, early-early and milking the cows!!!

For me I tend to believe rest is great, on the Sabbath or any day is is good for the body and soul.
We are under Grace and Truth, not enforced laws, regulations etc.
What happens with all the emergency workers,.shift workers, police,.medical personnel etc
They will rest on the days that would suit their lifestyle.
Pretty sure God wouldn't mind anyone working on the Sabbath to save or help anyone..
Faith alone in Christ alone helps me .

Hey, thanks. Being relatively new to the faith, I'm just cautious about doing things right. I know belief in christ is key. But I'm just being cautious and diligent about everything else.

One thing I wanted to mention is how the calendar was changed. I don't remember the details, but I know it threw everything off. There is no clear date when the calendar was changed, so we can't even calculate what today's date would be according to the previous calendar. As a result, the religious significance of Sunday is likely the wrong day. Same as how Christmas likely isn't the actual date of Christ's birth. Everything's been thrown off and now we just can't know the significant days and dates to observe.
It's speculated that this was actually the work of the enemy to have us inadvertently worship on days significant to him and prevent us worshipping on days significant to god. For example, I heard april fools may have been started to mock Christ because that was the actual day of his birth. And if the weeks did stay the same, Saturday, named after Saturn, which is tied to satan... That could have been the actual day of rest, but the enemy took it and named it after himself to mock God.
As a Christian, this concept bothers me a lot. I don't want to be holding certain days as sacred and meaningful, only for them to essential be the "opposite" if you get what I mean.

@anilkanda611 Hey, sorry. I meant to reply sooner. It did answer my question about the sabbath to a degree, about it actually being on the saturday as I suspected. I am fairly new to the faith so I am still learning. But I will follow up with more research to cross reference, just to make sure Im on the right track. It's just where do you even look for reliable sources on such a thing.
As for that clip you suggested, I'm ashamed to admit I keep falling asleep part way through it. It's not the video, it's just me being tired whenever I set it going. I'll get through it all eventually.

Matthew 22:37-40 Jesus Christ reduced the 10 Commandments down to just 2, Love the Lord your God with all your heart, mind and soul. Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments. Mark2:27 The Sabbath was made for man not man for the Sabbath.
Hebrews 10:25 Let us not forsake the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is, but exhorting one another, and so much more as you see the day approaching. So here we see that meeting one day a week, either Saturday or Sunday is not going to be enough in the last days.

i have been "keeping" the sabbath ever since i read about it in my first bible read through, but the way i do it i don't think is biblical, but every christian sabbath keeper remains very vague on what's allowed and what's not.. am i allowed to use the electricity grid or the gas network (considering that in the OT you weren't allowed to light a fire, but mostly because people are working on saturday to keep those going, so people are working for me, well not just for me, but you get the point)
or am i supposed to shiver in the cold in the winter? and am i allowed to use public transport or whatever, or am i supposed to remain home.
i read that SDA even cook on the sabbath, that doesn't seem biblical to me..
