This clip is the definition of what instructional videos should be. You're obviously the full quid on small engines but the planning of your clear explanation is also obvious in that there was no waffle or "let's try that again" moments, made all the better by the absence of pointless and irritating free-to-use music. MOST importantly, you taught me something useful and saved me money. Thanks for your generous sharing. Good onya!
@@Archifx As a recent escapee from the education system, I understand the effort it takes to present new information in a logical sequence using clear language without skipping steps or assuming the 'student' has prior knowledge. You're camera positioning/framing was spot. Genuine appreciation well earned, mate. Now don't get me started on carburettors, gaskets and starter cords! Thanks again👍
Thanks so much for this! Just replaced a BS engine on a Garden Way reel mower (now Mclane) and was scratching my head on this part. Now I dont need to replace the throttle!
Thanks sooo much. Turned my gx390 into a mud motor and have been looking everywhere for a cable stop bolt with the hole in it. Thanks to the z bend, I know longer need the bolt with the hole in it, just the cramp that holds the sheath in place which I already have.
Dude thanks a million, what an excellent video, was exactly thr tutorial I needed. Great detail and step by step. Really appreciate the time you took to post this.
7What 1 If you still have the braid cable style throttle cable you've got a solid piece of metal. Mine is the braiied steel cable. So I can't bend it in AZ form like you can and it will retain its shape like yours there. So what do I do?
Dude that’s fucking crazy I’ve never seen a throttle cable that was like a coat hanger wire normally I just get threaded wire much like a bicycle cable but overall I love the video excellent job on executing that
Hey man I love your vids, I just got a go kart from my neighbor and it is very old, it runs fine and everything but I really need help for taking off the motor, is there any way we could like FaceTime maybe, I’m sorry for asking but I really need help, thanks haha
I'm putting a roto tiller engine on an old dingo go kart and couldn't figure out the throttle. Time to order a cable and give it another go. The project sat idle for 8 months 🤦♂️
Shouldn't the metal end cap on the plastic cable housing be put back on after you trimmed the housing? It looks like it wasn't on when you put the cable under the retaining clip, which would pinch the cable, causing unnecessary friction.
Sir, I also have Honda's Triller in it, the problem of accelerators is coming in it.. it has its own accelerator increase, it is not decreasing.. can you help me out to resolve this problem
I am interested in buying one of these engines but I've saw some throttles not having springs and remain where you set them, can someone tell me what they are about?

Is it possible to switch the throttle and the choke when replacing the carburetor
Is it possible to use the choke with a cable on that specific engine too?

You could.... it’s so minimal and the cable shroud is reinforced with metal. It doesn’t crush under normal torque.
Thanks sooo much. Turned my gx390 into a mud motor and
The throttle cable. What is it called I noticed it is metal and bendable. I need it what is it called?
Where did you order this on Amazon?
Nice job!

No
I see you decided to go with a Honda instead of the Predator. I have both engines and reliability has been equal.
Yep... My dad and I decided to use the Predator on a different project and run the Honda on the KEE. I cover it in my next video.
I have had good luck with the predator on an old tiller, but the Kee deserves the real deal. Good decision.
ahhh man! what if we have the wire type cable? 😩😩😩😩😩😩
Damit need another cable cheers on the vid tho
Did u buy the retainer or did it come with the engine
👍👍
Yes and once i fix this something else breaks 😂
I want a carburetor a toy build chiller rebuilt carburetor
Rebuilt carburetor on time built tiller motor
Thanks. Worked great.
