Thank you so much for watching AudioTrends TV - Хобби
I just bought these speakers. I have them hooked up to a 8 inch subwoofer from my old home theater speakers. Works great and sounds awesome. I love these.
That's Awesome to hear!
These look and sound very good. Thanks for the video - I like this format - very clear and concise.
I have the Kanto YU4`s as my primary computer speakers and they are terrific!
how do you connect it?
@@jude554 with a wire
I use optical for best sound. But they have aux and BT ins too. @@jude554
Your infomercial convinced me to purchase the K
Thank you for excellent review
LOVE these speakers. They ain't cheap but very well made. The speaker housing is heavy and solid wood. The sounds is great for the size. Although it debatably does not need it Im now waiting on the sub to complete the circuit.
What kind of subwoofer can be connected to them? Active or passive?
Thankyou so much for showing how to set it up. :) excited to use my ones when it arrives. 😀
Your very welcome, I hope you enjoy them!
As a drummer, I'm biased by the hunt for the "attack". Too much bass is a no-no for me. I like the sound and design, so these seem like a perfect deal to me.
How do you connect these to the PC ? i am not very techy...senior here...thx a bunch cheers from canada...am trying to decide between yu2 / yu4 / yu6
Hi, you can connect them to a PC via an Auxiliary 3.5mm cable or an optical cable. We usually recommend the YU6's as they are the best value for money at the moment.
Hey man how far can they be put away from each other since i got the samsung odyssey g9 ultrawide and want to use them for desktop?
Did you successfully figure out this setup? I am in the process of upgrading to a the Samsung odyssey g9 as well and looking at these speakers...would love to hear what you ended up doing
On a scale of 1-10, 10 being the deepest, where would you rate the base sound? Also have you hooked up a sub to them? If so where would you rate them after you did that??? I am not looking for my pictures to rumble off my walls but would like a bit of a jolt. Ha ha. Thanks
on a scale of 1-10 for the bass output before adding a sub i would say about a 6 out of 10 for a bookshelf speaker, and after adding the Kanto sub you'd be looking at about a 8 or 9.
Can these be mounted? Is there a standard mount for stand/wall mounting?
There are multiple options for stands and mounts which include, desktop stands, floor-stands etc
Bluetooth is a nice option but if you’re going to spend this much on good speakers, please plug them into your device.
How does this compare to the Q acoustic M20 HD in sound quality.
The Kanto's are much clearer and have a more detailed sound whereas the Q acoustics sound a bit more muffled.
I've got the Canton GLE 426 and they sound way way better. Also the built quality looks better. If you seach you'll get a pair for 200€. Buy a small AMP like the Sabaj A4 and you have more sound.
Anyone else have problems with the optical inputs? I can’t get my cable to actually lock into place. Yes, the caps are removed and the plug is oriented the right way, but the connector only goes about half way in the port and doesn’t stay in.
Probably have to push harder... Probably lol
these are passive? they cannot be connected directly to the PC can they?
Yes they can be connected directly to a PC as they are actually active speakers with the amp built in.
They sound great actually. Would you recommend to buy the subwoofer too?
Yes they really do sound beautiful, i would say it would be worth it if you plan on listening to bass heavy music or watching movies with them.
@@audiotrendstv Sub6 or Sub8 you reckon?
the sub 8" is definitely more bang for buck
@@audiotrendstv Got it! Thanks, mate!
Are thet better than Bose or Harmon kardon
Hi Gary, they are definitely significantly better than the Bose however i cant speak for the harmon Kardon as i am yet to hear them.
5:12 sound good on my speakers i mean TV so i not need? LOL same as TV add this good image. im looking ad on my old tv and it look good. so i not need new tv xD
Why’s the Sandman doing speaker reviews, shouldn’t he be out fighting Spider-Man?!
This product is flawed. Buyer beware. The control knob can fail early on. The manufacturer will not be sympathetic.
Big no, it's not value for money, price is to high. Looking at those bunch of wires makes it feel highly unwanted.
What’s a good alternative?
