    Ingredients:
    Oil 4tb.sp
    chopped garlic 2tb.sp
    Zukini 1 jardinar / Slant cut
    Carrot 1 jardinar / slant cut
    capsicum 1 jardinar / slant cut
    salt as required
    oregano 1t.sp
    thyme 1t.sp
    fish 550gm
    parsley chopped 2tb.sp
    lemon/vinegar 1tb.sp
    Butter 1tb.sp
    Method:
    Pat dry the fish first, than marinate it for 15-20 minutes, meanwhile blanch zukini and carrots, than heat 1tb.sp oil in a pan and fry the fish on medium flame and heat butter in a different pan add vegetables , salt and black papper and saute it on high flame and it ready to enjoy the dish.
