I watch this a couple times a year for as long as I can remember. Whenever I’m eating lunch and just want something GOOD to watch while I eat, I pull up this video. Never disappoints!

It's a golden rule of food service, always clean as you go. They put people's food on that filthy table that probably hadn't been washed all day and properly sanitized in god only knows how long.

I have watched this video a few times I am sure that knowing our standards of hygiene some people will always have something to say if his food was not good he would have no customers and he does have a lot of customers he seems dedicated to his job and he is not stealing or begging that says a lot to me he works very hard and I say good luck to him and remembering he is doing this all for his family

Nowadays many of these burgers are very cheap and bad quality where they fill it with daal tikki (not using meat or using meat in very small quantity). It doesn't have to be unhygienic. Loved the food streets in Pakistan when I travelled there last year. The Kachoris, Samosas, and even the ''Anda'' (Egg) Burger from a very similar stall like the video above were tasty as all hell. I look forward to going back there again. Cheers from the US! :)

Ive been a fry cook since I was 14 years old (now 34) and I have to say that this guy has an economy of movement and rhythm that is very impressive.Its not an easy job and a truly good fry cook takes many years of training and experience.

Adaptation. We build an immunity to it compared to the western world which is BS. Our human bodies are suppose to develop those immunities when we are young. It's not bacteria or immune system, it's just the type of food and ingredients. If you eat burgers and sugary cereal every day you're digestion goes at a rate that is required, if you move to Pakistan and eat this then the different food needs to be dealt with differently from beef and corn syrup. Sure this stuff doesn't have all the preservatives and additives that supposedly make "white people food" superior but it's handmade and cooked fresh, it doesn't sit in a cold shelf for 5 days wrapped in nutritious plastic.

people complaining about the health and hygiene - there's a degree of hypocrisy to the criticism - many western fast foods and for that matter, even normal everyday foods like sugar, bread, rice, wheat are often unhealthy due to the insulin spikes that they cause. Sure the video shows greasy food being prepared but at least they're using fresh eggs and bread, potatoes, onions, mint - pretty decent for a meal especially in poor countries like Pakistan. If you are that concerned about health and hygiene, please look into the way you cook your own food - kitchens, food handling, utensils etc.
I think only criticize would not help, and I understand in poor countries like pakistan government close both eyes on hygienic standards because people could not afford food safety courses and the encessary equipment.That happened also in Italy a century and a half ago. to settle this ridiculous squabble: of course, this place is a bastion for all sorts of potential food borne illnesses; however, if you are from this part of the world your system is undoubtedly accustomed and acclimated to this type of gastronomic debauchery and you'll be able to handle it...if you're a westerner, prepare to be parked near a toilet for the next couple of days and sip plenty of fluids....preferably purified water (gatorade or some kind of electrolyte replenisher).

Doubtful. If you compare food poisoning in the US compared to countries that have food stands like this, US has a much higher rate of food poisoning at public places than this. It actually has to do with the chemicals everything is drenched in to "clean" it and all the processed crap we call food. This is real food made not that differently than would be made in a home, just on a slightly larger scale. When you cook at home do you wear s hair net and gloved and soak everything in "sterilizing" chemicals? No. You probably even taste the food and stir it with the same food you just had in your mouth right?

Being a Pakistani and growing up in Karachi, I am absolutely crazy for these desi burgers or as locals call it, "bun kebab". They are friggin delicious! Kharadar is quite far away from where I live but there's no shortage of this popular street food in my area. Bun kebabs and gol gappay are the ultimate street foods. Nothing can beat them!

Loved the food streets in Pakistan when I travelled there last year. The Kachoris, Samosas, and even the ''Anda'' (Egg) Burger from a very similar stall like the video above were tasty as all hell. I look forward to going back there again.

It's not bacteria or immune system, it's just the type of food and ingredients. If you eat burgers and sugary cereal every day you're digestion goes at a rate that is required, if you move to Pakistan and eat this then the different food needs to be dealt with differently from beef and corn syrup. Sure this stuff doesn't have all the preservatives and additives that supposedly make "white people food" superior but it's handmade and cooked fresh, it doesn't sit in a cold shelf for 5 days wrapped in nutritious plastic.

people complaining about the health and hygiene - there's a degree of hypocrisy to the criticism - many western fast foods and for that matter, even normal everyday foods like sugar, bread, rice, wheat are often unhealthy due to the insulin spikes that they cause. Sure the video shows greasy food being prepared but at least they're using fresh eggs and bread, potatoes, onions, mint - pretty decent for a meal especially in poor countries like Pakistan. If you are that concerned about health and hygiene, please look into the way you cook your own food - kitchens, food handling, utensils etc.

I think only criticize would not help, and I understand in poor countries like pakistan government close both eyes on hygienic standards because people could not afford food safety courses and the encessary equipment.That happened also in Italy a century and a half ago. Doubtful. If you compare food poisoning in the US compared to countries that have food stands like this, US has a much higher rate of food poisoning at public places than this. It actually has to do with the chemicals everything is drenched in to "clean" it and all the processed crap we call food. This is real food made not that differently than would be made in a home, just on a slightly larger scale. When you cook at home do you wear s hair net and gloved and soak everything in "sterilizing" chemicals? No. You probably even taste the food and stir it with the same food you just had in your mouth right?

Being a Pakistani and growing up in Karachi, I am absolutely crazy for these desi burgers or as locals call it, "bun kebab". They are friggin delicious! Kharadar is quite far away from where I live but there's no shortage of this popular street food in my area. Bun kebabs and gol gappay are the ultimate street foods. Nothing can beat them!
