Thank you so so much for this. I would like full female hormone and thyroid test. The last time I got blood tests on the NHS they did not even send a letter to show what the results were. Randox looks good.
Yeah I went to my GP complaining I’d had fluctuating weight, fatigue, night sweats, hair falling out etc They rollers their eyes and did blood tests the private rheumatologist I got desperate and paid for ordered 2 years prior. I sat around for months after found out I tested positive for TPO antibodies and they were supposed to action an appointment for it. I asked for an appointment myself, so they then asked me what I was there for… as if they weren’t aware of my symptoms and test result. I dug deeper in my record and saw my TSH swinging up and down to the higher and lower ranges and asked for a thyroglobulin antibody test. They said no. I asked to see an endocrinologist but they said no. Even my medical cannabis nurse is concerned by this and is going to write to my GP. I am also hoping that if I do this test and TGab is positive/my TSH has done something weird again that could get me a referral with the backing of my nurse.
Just wanted to say thank you for this video, it gave me enough information about the reports and process to encourage me to get it done. I lived in different countries in the past and I'm used to getting preventive blood tests done once a year, which as you say is not really possible to do through the NHS here. How did your follow up test go?
You’re welcome! I’ve delayed it to mid Jan. I have been Busy with work and not been feeling 100%. I’m hoping after a relaxing Christmas break it will be more better. I will update as soon as i do
Hi, thank you for this very in depth video. Just subscribed and looking forward to the 6 month follow up. You mentioned a 10% discount code, is that still active?
Hi, just came across this video as I was interested in doing this blood test with Randox. Just wanted to ask a quick question, for the H pylori test, was this a stool test? If not, how did they test for this? Thank you for this great video xx
Hello, no stool test just bloods and urine taken. I have just looked and it says that you can take blood for this this test, but stool is more accurate when testing H pylori. However It should give you a baseline that you can then take to the doctor and ask for a stool test deeper dive if there are any abnormalities in the results . Xx
