      Do you like Mochi Ice cream too? I heard it's popular in the U.S. I didn't know that until recently. I'm glad you know now that you can make your own mochi ice cream! Please let me know when you make it!

      @@JapaneseCooking123 It's extremely popular here, it's always the first thing you see in the ice cream aisle in every single stores, even though I like it I won't be doing it anytime soon because it's way too cold for ice cream 😅

      Tapioca starch, cornstarch, and potato starch are generally not recommended to be eaten raw. When used as dusting powder, they are typically safe in small amounts; however, it’s best to avoid excessive consumption and brush off any excess powder. For added peace of mind, you may also consider lightly toasting the starch before use.
