The thing is.. i set up head phones like this but i can not hear the voice.. volume is too low.. any suggestion? I choose the jet option of helmet and auto volume Off.. but still...
My helmet is new however it don't have those recesses on that shoei helmet mine is an hjc and it can become not so nice getting lid off at times any ideas ?
I have a Tour for bike to bike, and VOX does not work (yes it is switched on both units). When either listening to music or not, and then speaking, the intercom does not activate. Intercom will only work by pressing the intercom button to speak, and then again to turn it off. How can we get VOX working? Must use VOX, using button activation is no good and not an option. It was only bought because it should have VOX function.

Interphone It's no problem I returned it and bought Cardo Packtalk. Much better.
How about if my helmet have specific place for that? How should i install that then?

So the mic is installed on the side, not in front of the mouth?
The mic volume is very quiet
You have to disable automatic volume control. Turn on the control unit, press the "next song" button (top right) until the LED turns fuchsia. At this point, press the same button twice, until you hear "deactivated" in the headset. Then turn off the control unit by holding down the power button.

What if I change helmet? What do I do then ?
Hi Dulf Nordensvärd, to insert the intercom into another helmet, you'll have to get rid of everything, including the sticker, and insert the intercom into the new helmet with the clip bracket you find in the box of the product. Thank you, Interphone Team
And buy a new sticker ?

@@InterphoneChannel The clip bracket doesn't fit most helmets (including my HJC F70)
