Have you ever thought about placing this kind of sets in the amusement park as attractions? I’m sure you have some Indiana Jones, Avengers, Avatar. Anything with those IPs can become an amusement park attraction (recent IP or “vintage”). Imagine even modifying the Loop roller coaster to become and Guardians of the of the Galaxy. I mean, this is the direction of Disney’s parks now
My girl and I are very excited for this set!! Also good on Lego for figuring out how to make the Mayor. I was thinking they wouldnt add him, same as Oogie Boogie but cones definitely make sense. I hope this isnt the last time we see the Nightmare before Christmas theme in the future. Makes me wonder why they chose to keep the 3 main attractions seperate rather than all one piece like the original ideas design. Gives off modular vibes to me like they have more in store for us, fingers crossed maybe haha. Would love a Dr Finkelstein lab set and Oogie Boogie set too
Thank you for the detailed review Bricksie. Always a joy to see and hear you Talk with this much Passion. I Love the movie so I was excited to see what they've created and oh boysie....its kinda bad. Jack, zero and Sally look great to fine and the graveyard scene is nice. The Rest... Kind of crappy. And as always overpriced.
Very disappointed in the scale of this set, especially since it’s been so long awaited. Also don’t know why they would leave the other two main characters??
Awesome I cant wait to get this but I do wish they included the other two figs. I wouldve been fine if they raised the price $20 if it had the two figs just because both are so important to the story.
Off subject question here. I know sunlight discolors Lego bricks. Anyone know if storing them in high temperature (like a garage in summer) damages them? I have a lot of sets in boxes in the garage. Any feedback is appreciated.
I had legos in my attic for years. I live in a climate where it's very cold in winter and very wet and humid in summer, so in my attic it will drop to just above freezing, but in summer it could get as hot as 110 F (43 c) I never noticed any damage that I thought would be caused by that heat.
@@redshot5403 Understand & which I know. Lego doesn't think he is. Also now think about it. If lego did make a brick build oogie. That $200 price would have gone up.
Obviously all these reviews are payed for but someone has to say this THE ORIGINAL CREATOR CONCEPT WAS WAY BETTER, this is obvious in the house looking generic in comparison to the German expressionism in the crooked tall imposing house design has been replaced with a generic kinda spooky looking house, and I feel like the fabric piece of the sun should of been yk made out of actual Lego, for the price it definitely should have, I guess that set could be worse but let’s not act like this is the best they could have done… I’m just disappointed.
Weak set for 200€. Jack's house is badly designed, too many stickers, cardboard cutouts, weak design of minifigures, lack of consitency between figures (the Mayor and Sandy Claws), lack of more important figures...
The correct answer to whether you watch this movie during Halloween or Christmas is "yes" 😁
Fortnite collab
YES🎉

Can't wait to get this!!! Now if they can only make Clark Griswald's house with Cousin Eddie and his RV!!!
And the station wagon
Love this set! One of the best lego have released. Thanks for the preview Bricksie
It wasnt directed by tim burton he was imvolved but defo didnt direct the film
Tim co-wrote the story and henry selick directed it. Now you all know.
They're saving Dr. Finkelstein's House and Oogey Boogey's Lair for next Halloween to charge another $200+, I guarantee it lol
And I would totally buy it 😆
My uncle’s wedding is today and I have some free time before I go so why not use that time and watch a bricksie video!

There's a brick built Oogie Boogie available on Rebrickable 😁
That rubber dog piece is so cool, Lego should make more of those specific pieces
Awesome set. Put it next to snow white house!
Will this be going in the amusement park or winter village
Great review!
The Nightmare Before Christmas was actually directed by Henry Selick! 🎃
This is probably my favorite Santa clause minifigure.
Lego certainly did this one justice! I love it!
It looks like an amazing set.
Nice! May not buy it until it’s on sale though also unfortunately it’s not directed by Tim burton
That is so cool I can wait to get this btw u are so cool I have a city too

I watch this every year...really sad they didn't at least have oogie boogie.....but I'm 10/10 getting this for my collection....
Great video. Definitely will be getting this set.
Cant wait to get this set!

Wowee big set 🎉
I wish the hill was a solo set my mum loves this movie might be a good choice for her birthday in October
You could make it as an individual 🤷♂️ doubt the parts would be too expensive
@@idk_what_to_say_. that’s true hey I’ve probably got most of the grey parts anyway
Zero is awesome, it’s too bad there’s no Dr. Finlestien & Oogie Boogie! And that the house isn’t at an angle like the original submission 🫤
It’s directed by Henry Selick!
Hmmmm, you sort of changed our mind about this set. It’s pretty awesome!! The minifigs look great. 🎉
This movie always kinda freaked me out
I’ll wait til October to buy it hopefully with GWP and/or double points
Box is busted
Wow this set is gorgeous. Must save pennies …. Must save pennies …. Tfs
What a nice set! Especially the minifigures are great!I love it😍😍😍
Looks great - love how they did Zero

Stuff will be damaged if moisture levels are high

@@winterrain1947 thanks for the info
I love the movie, so I’m definitely buying this set!
I love this set
Nice review. Sweet figs. Thank you.
Looks will get this for Halloween before Christmas 🎃 🍕
I would love a Addams family house set
Maybe corpse bride and coraline to!
Man i wish i had money for that
Correction. The film was directed by Henry Selick and produced by Tim Burton.
Amazing set
The plot would not exist without Christmas; therefore it is a Christmas movie. Just like a certain action movie.
Well, since I've never watched this movie, now I have to😁. It gives me Beetlejuice vibe which I love🙂
This is awesome, but it's too bad Oogie Boogie wasn't included in the set as a minifigure!
The wife's favorite movie
If it was $150, I would buy it but $200 is too much.
If only Mr. Major Car was added.
Talk about henry selick
Everyone wants oogie but nightmare before Christmas doesn't revolve around oogie boogie
He’s still the villain of the movie
@@redshot5403 Understand & which I know. Lego doesn't think he is. Also now think about it. If lego did make a brick build oogie. That $200 price would have gone up.
There's a brick built Oogie Boogie available on Rebrickable to fill the void that Lego left lol 😁
It could look beautiful in the city. Just saying 😂
Open back set = pass
Directed by Henry Selick ;)
im first:)
love your vids, keep it up with the good work❤

They did a good job of representing the movie, but I don't care for the movie so wouldn't get this.
A little disappointed with Lock & Shock 👎👎
She drunk burbon
When does this come out ?
