    Love this cause i sorta stack classes together with trampoline (since its such a good way to warm up) and this puts its all together in a 1 hour class.

    *i burned over 1,000 calories with this one! these are two of my favorite formats! the yoga flow took maximum effort like you said and i loved the jumping ! all you ladies look great! tomorrow i will rest and then start week two of the program!*
