Soft Potato Soup! Try with Whole Wheat Bread!

  • There is still time for warm food. I prepared a warm potato soup as a tip to enjoy the whole grain bread that I introduced to you in my last video. Potatoes contain three times as much vitamin C as apples, and the vitamin C in potatoes can't be destroyed by heat. Not only is it beneficial for your health, but it is also good for brunch because it is warm and soft, and if you eat it with whole-grain bread, it can be a perfect hearty meal. You can also freeze it in the freezer in an ice cube tray and use it.

    *Sausage potato soup
    Ingredients
    1 tbsp Garlic
    1/2 to 1 Onion
    4 Potatoes
    3 Sausages
    4 cups Water/ Vegetable stock
    1/2 cup Cashew nuts + 1 cup Water
    1 1/2+ tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Pepper
    Steps
    1. Prepare garlic, onions, potatoes, and sausages for the soup.
    2. Put the cashew nuts and water in a blender and grind them finely to make the cashew cream.
    3. Put oil in a suitable pot and stir-fry minced garlic and onions.
    4. Add sausage, stir-fry slightly, add potatoes, add water, and boil for 15 minutes.
    5. Add cashew cream, mix, and season with salt and pepper.
    *Homemade vegan sausage
    Ingredients
    1 1/2 cup Warm water
    1/4 cup Amino soy sauce
    2 tsp of Rice syrup/ maple syrup
    2 tsp of Olive oil
    1 1/2 tsp of Fennel seed powder
    1 1/2 tsp of Fennel seed
    1 tsp of Sage
    1 tsp salt
    2 tbsp of Nutritional yeast
    2 tbsp of Onion powder
    1 tbsp of Garlic powder
    1 tsp of Red pepper powder
    1/2 cup of Walnut
    3 tbsp of Beets
    1/2 cup of Whole-wheat flour
    1 1/2 cup of Gluten powder
    Steps
    1. Put warm water in a bowl and add spices and dried vegetable powder.
    2. Add whole-wheat flour and gluten powder, knead, and divide using 1/4 cup measuring cup.
    3. Make the dough into a sausage shape and roll it on a cotton cloth and tie it with a string.
    4. Put it on a steamer, boil it over high heat, reduce it to medium heat, and steam it for about 20 minutes.
