Good relationships are key. And a few good key relationships are with auctioneers, house clean-out guys, estate sale guys, realtors, and flea market people that don't deal in books. :)

It is very satisfying to skip the line at the post office and put my packages off to the side of their area, thank the postal worker, and leave. They save the receipt for me.
