I cannot thank you enough for this video. I’ve locked my keys in my truck with the exact groceries scenario one too many times. Thankfully I have the Chevy/OnStar app where I can simply unlock from my phone. But if I were to also leave my phone in the trunk or not have internet reception I would be out of luck. This video gives me a sigh of relief!

I can’t get it to open even when I’m standing there with the proximity key. It seems to ignore the button on the trunk itself and double-pressing the button on the fob just flashes the tail lights. I never hear an actuator or a relay.
