    Great, great video on common mistakes!
    Just before the end of the video, your point about pushing forward with Lap Da and extending too far. Do you mind elaborating on the Lap/closing technique or idea? Thanks.

    Forgive my ignorance, are the terms da and sau interchangeable, or do they have different meanings?

      I suspect that you are probably *not* the only person wondering this. When I say Tan Da, I'm referring to the double hand technique. When I say Tan Sau, I'm only referring to the palm up position.
