- Yaaaa I am so excited about this one!! First of all this was supposed to be a sponsored saturday but things are getting kind of jumbled because of the holidays, so I might have a sponsored vid on wednesday instead?!? Just wanted to give you a heads up!! ANYHOO ---- I can't believe it took me this long to do this roleplay lmao!! Like -- Gibi come on --
but really, I hope it's clear that i very much respect and appreciate professional tattoo artists, and I hope it goes without saying, but i am NOT a professional in the slightest, and I'm sure I make many many many mistakes during this RP - this is purely for entertainment!! I did, however, try to do my best to replicate my experience at the awesome shops I've been to so far in my tattoo journey! As a tattoo artist I am incredibly impressed by this video! Most of the things you said are things I say to my clients and it shows that you have a lot of knowledge about tattooing. If you are not already actually tattooing, you definitely should! And I wish more tattoo artists in the industry were as welcoming as you were. Wish you the best!

OBVIOUSLY she does it well, it's her job yes -- but don't underestimate the reach of the ASMR communities' capabilities to support newer creators, too.
Besides, you also fail to understand that ASMR, to some, is a coping mechanism that allows some people to sleep easier-- which is way more beneficial than you'd ever realize because, those that don't sleep properly, degrade their brains. They don't think well enough.
Of course we should appreciate everyone. That should be human nature, but it isn't unfortunately, because no mather what good anybody does, there will always be that one person.

I absolutely love this ASMR video, and everything in it was extremely accurate. One thing for people considering getting a tattoo, do not ever shave yourself the day before you get a tattoo, especially if you have an appointment. I’ve had multiple artists tell me this because if you even just have razor burn from shaving yourself, they will likely (and they should) tell you not to come back until it’s healed. Just let your artist do it so you don’t have to worry about it.
I'd most, if not all, of my artist appreciated that I shaved before my appointment (usually do it the day before), so I guess it depends of you know how to shave for yourself or if you razor burn easily!
@@_Raven_Dia that may be so, but to me it’s not worth risking it. If you cut yourself or get razor burn from shaving incorrectly you will likely lose your appointment deposit for the tattoo session. On the other hand if they cut you then they would be required to just reschedule you. To each their own I guess 🤷♂️ I’ve asked my tattoo artists if I should shave the night before and every time they tell me no
@@_Raven_DiaI’ve been told by tattoo artists in the past that it’s not really necessary to shave beforehand because they’re always going to do a quick shave before tattooing anyway to get the closest shave and just in case there’s any stray hairs

never asked my artist but since they shaved my back when i was there i figured well they will shave my arm anyway so no need to shave myself

I recently got my first tattoo on my arm (don’t know where yours is going to be) and the anticipation was way worse than the actual tattoo. My anxiety was through the roof before it started but if you have a good tattoo artist they should relax you and answer any concerns you may have. Hope your tattoo goes well

Make sure you eat! It sounds like weird advice, but tattooing sometimes makes your blood sugar go a little weird/you'll get a little woozy without realizing. Nothing to worry about, just make sure you eat something before going in and bring a little snack with you!😊

I love this. I’m planning on getting my first tattoo on my 18th birthday In a few months, and I plan on getting the brand of sacrifice from berserk on my right trap, where it is on guts. That symbol means so much to me, serving as a reminder for myself to keep struggling, no matter how hopeless it is. it’s good to feel like I’m having that experience just a bit early, even if it’s just a video 😅. I loved this video, this character was done so well, stuff like: "It suits you... I don't know you but it suits you." was so good 😆, it made this very entertaining and fun to watch, while also being professional and feeling realistic at the same time, from beginning to end, such a great tattoo artist roleplay 😎. I really like how you incorporated your real life experience into this, especially into the dialugues, stuff like the story about your mom, and your own tattoos, all the knowledge and helpful informations, and then the acting, the looks, the background and lighting, the sounds (especially the tattoo machine) everything was perfect, I really enjoyed it, thank you as always Gibi 😊.

@@BennyLlama39 some tattoo artists will have sheets of art that they have made/designed that people can choose from:) some shops have them more often than others from what i know but they’re super cool
@@BennyLlama39 flashes are pre determined designs tattoo artists will use. they’re called flashes because they’re usually limited time and cheaper than a normal, custom tattoo.

this probably isn't the compliment you wanted, but this is a great background video for me. the soft speaking is very tingly, and it's a great video for me to put in the background while playing videogames, like minecraft, or likely when I go to work tomorrow night. a lot of asmr for me is the sounds, the audible portion, and less so the visible portion, and this one is great for me!
in particular, the buzzing sound at 28:10 is phenomenal

Covid-19 really changed the way tattoo shops were run, at least around my area anyway. No walk-ins, need to book an appointment in advance, consultation through email, et cetera. so this roleplay is super cool and a nice refreshing change!!
