What is ASMR?
Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response
A feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound.

• Sensory - about the senses or sensation

I can't believe I found this. When I was little I had horrible night anxiety, and my mom was an avid reader. I had completely forgotten that i used to fall asleep next to her and I was only able to close my eyes and try to sleep because I could hear that she was still awake & reading by the sound of the pages turning. It was always so comforting. My mom passed away 2 years ago, and I hadn't thought about this in nearly 20 years. Thank you so much for creating this video - I'll be falling asleep to it every night now💜

yeah Ive just watched like 3 ppl doing 3 hour long videos
You know it’s a good video when all the comment (most that i’ve seen i haven’t scrolled far) Are all loving and supportive comment❤️ But can you blame them? This video is so helpful and so calming, And it’s long so for people who find it harder to sleep and can usually take hours to fall asleep☺️ I recently found this video then the channel after. I’m in love lol, This is one of the best asmr video’s i’ve seen/heard. Keep it up

Started watching asmr in 2018, Gibi was the first asmrist I ever watched then she introduced me to Angelica when they collaborated. In 2021 i started seeing asmr as a advertisement everytime i watched a RUclips video. Then "tiktokers" started doing it and then celebrities started... etc etc. All i have to say is ASMR is bigger than ever and I love that it has grown so much over the years.
