    I do a lot of breaks between going/pausing the gym, sometimes even years. Whenever i get back i re-watch all of Jay's old vides to get back on track with how to do the exercises and how to adapt fitness in my lifestyle. Ill probably get back to his videos my entire life :D Jays calmness and pace with lifestyle, training even speaking with 0 flexing expensive watches, cars, clothes... is a trues example of how we need to address life in these crazy deceptive times so we don't loose our self. True legend and a great example!

    Jay never moved huge weight, that is why he isn’t in a wheel chair and still healthy. Jay has always been Fan-centric. I remember in early 2000’s when I was 16 Jay had his website with a fan question submission. He use to answer me and my silly teenage questions. I grew up the next town over from where he grew up and have been a fan ever since. Jay is BB and the ultimate ambassador. Without jay bb would be miles behind where it is today. Most impactful Arnold. Right behind Cutler. He has Always been “A Cut Above”!

    Jay Cutler I met you in Clinton, MA at formerly HARD BODIES Gym now CICCONE Family Fitness Center. It was about 1999. You were humble and I was amazed how big you were!       True statement. Jay was VERY strong though. I believe he was able to squat and deadlift around 700lb. He just got away from doing a lot of barbell exercises later in his career.

    I’m an old school lifter. I’m jays age. He’s so dead on with the fat grips. I could curl 135 narrow bar for 6-8 reps... Had 18 inch arms. Did fat grip curls like he said for 90 days and my upper arm grew to 19 in.. and put on an inch on forearm. And I didn’t curl more than 85lbs... and I’m 44. No pain n my joints like with heavy “heave” liftin

    Fat grips make a difference. I had to lighten the weight. But I can do a few more reps. Also I purchased 6 LPG Muscle cable hog bar attachment bars 2 inch thick. Faster results in 6 weeks compared to my regular bars. Know how I could tell? My watch felt tighter! And my sleeves on my harley t shirts were more snug!!!

    I'm curious, why do you sway when your doing the barbell curls? I've always personally try not to include any type of movement when curling.

    U said fat grips are the way to go jay.... I’m a firm believer in them since I got a set and use them for at least one bicep exercise whenever I do arms.... as the great ct fletcher says “I COMMAND U TO GROW!!!!! MOUNT BICEPIOUS”
