Been following your tips and seeing beautiful results. I use a super thick deep conditioner and then I go for a long run! I wrap my hair with cling wrap after applying the deep conditioner, put a wooly hat on over it because Canada is a frozen wasteland, and I think the heat from running kinda steams my hair. Whatever it does, it's working! THANK YOU! xox

Thank you so much! This video was very informative now some of the products that you do you like the wash out conditioners like the Garnier fructis, and also the triple nutrition 3 minute undo. I use this one right after my relaxer as soon as I get done washing my relaxed about doing everything I'm supposed to do after a relaxer I put this in for 3 hours and then I rinse it out and then I use a deep conditioner also for 2 hours and then I rinse it out and then I apply my coconut oil on my scalp I love the coconut oil because it is my stair riser and it promotes hair growth as well so I'm learning so please please come out with more hair videos and products thank you again enjoy your day!😀🌹

Add some essential oils to your current list to really cause the growth to take off! I am a witness that this works. Examples: rosemary oil, oregano oil, thyme oil, cypress oil, ylang ylang oil, lemon and/or lemongrass oil, clove oil, lavender oil, tea tree oil, basil oil, etc. Always dilute pure essential oils with carrier oils like the ones you already use. There are lots of recipes online for essential oil (EO) and carrier oil growth mixes, of create your own. I did that. Many essential oils are good for internal health too...but do lots of research, because some oils should not be ingested. Oil of oregano (oregano essential oil) keeps many colds and other infections away, and is excellent for the immune system. Can be taken in softgel form or with a few drops in juice or water. Having a momentary warm feeling in the throat after ingestion is normal. I take it daily.
It also grows some hair! This is after years of research that I have found so many uses for oils. However, it doesn't take years of research to use them and see results! Most essential oils are available online or in Whole Foods. All brands are not created equal. The NOW brand makes great EO's, and make sure they are pure and come from a reputable source. I have seen adulterated tea tree oil in Walgreen's and CVS. Err on the side of caution and purchase the NOW brand or order from EBay where prices are competitive (such as buy 3 get 1 free deals). These deals come in handy when you are stocking a small apothecary containing oils like I do. Currently, I have about 20 essential oils. I buy 1 ounce bottles. Only a few drops is necessary. They are potent! Except for lavender, which I add to baths, the 1 ounce bottles last at least a year. I buy lavender officianalis at 4-8 ounce bottles at a time. Mix with water to create a fragrant mist for the home and linen, as an alternative to chemical sprays like air freshener and Febreeze. Hope you ladies check out EO's and enjoy!

I actually like the ampro protein gel. You have to use it properly. I used that gel to hold my protective styles like braids and buns. I deep condition (Una moisturizing deep condition/protein) my hair first, put a leave in condition and then use ampro gel. My hair grows faster because it freezes the hair and I leave it alone.

+Angel Eyes yes girl very hard. this was my second time trying to transition to natural. just broke down a week ago and got a perm. everyone going natural influences me but I love my perms. nothing can lay hair down like a good perm. When I was transitioning I had to use heat all the time go blend with my weave. When I have a perm I rarely use heat. perms are just easier for me.

Maybe I'm a recovering pj. Because I have used all of these products except the Aphogee shampoo. I do use the Aphogee 2 minute, though. Garnier and Neutrogena Triple Moisture I first began using about a decade ago for my long, relaxed hair. They are amongst my store-bought favorites. OGX has a Coconut Oil Anti-Breakage serum that I like and have used for years...it has pretty good reviews online and lasts a long time.

+Jay Canonlybeme Moisturizing helps a lot with hair growth and helps with retaining growth too. I noticed that my hair wouldn't grow too but hair grows it's just that it also falls off if you don't take care of it. Now I am moisturizing and the amount of hair that normally falls off has reduced significantly.
