  • MY EDGES ARE NATURALLY THIN AS I HAVE STATED IN SEVERAL VIDEOS I WAS BORN WITH VERY THIN EDGES. I HAVE CONSULTED WITH SEVERAL DOCTORS REGARDING MY THIN EDGES ALL 8 CONCLUDED MY EDGES MAYBE NATURALLY THIN NO MATTER WHAT PRODUCTS I TRY, HOWEVER I WILL CONTINUE RESEARCHING AND TRYING OUT HAIR GROWTH PRODUCTS.....I STILL HAVE A REVIEW COMING ON THE Profectiv Growth Renew Hair Restoration Topical Treatment... www.amazon.com/Profectiv-Growt...
Hay luvs so many of u asked what i do to my hair when its weighted down by all the oils and moisturizers before its time to wash my hair.. Co washing is very simple and easy to do its very beneficial to natural and relaxed hair due to its extra boost of moisture. Go to the store and pick up some cheap conditioner that is not to thick this will make it much easier to rinse out compared to thick creamy conditioners... NO SHAMPOO IS NEEDED
    **Wednesday Co Wash Day**
    1) V05 moisture milks conditioner: www.walmart.com/ip/Alberto-VO5...
    2) Neutrogena Triple Moisture Deep Recovery Hair Mask: www.walmart.com/ip/Neutrogena-...
    3) I love to ADD my favorite oils to my conditioner
    1. The one and only Moroccan Oil (Sallys beauty supply)
    2. Castor Oil (www.iherb.com/) & Jamaican Black Castor Oil (beauty supply store)
    3. Extra Virgin Olive Oil (Walmart)
    4. Avocado Oil (www.iherb.com/)
    5. Coconut Oil VIRGIN (UNREFINED) (local GNC)
    6. Almond Oil (www.iherb.com/)

Girl you do not have to address the edges issue! Your hair is obviously very healthy and gorgeous. If it wasn't your edges BELIEVE ME it would be something else they talked about. Your videos are very helpful. I would like simple step-by-step video for a wash day. Also I have to flat iron my hair because its like 10X as thick as yours, so I would love to know the steps for that - even though you say not to flat iron after you blow-dry, I have to! I would like to know the steps as far as what heat protectant you use and what natural oil to use to seal that in. THank you!!! Your videos are VERY GOOD

If my ends are a mess, it makes my whole head feel unhealthy! My hair is bra strap length, and my goal is hip length, but I have no problems cutting off an inch or two about twice a year or as needed to keep it healthy and strong. Remember, hair is going to grow, nothing stops that, but those bad ends breaking off WILL inhibit progress.

I would love any healthy regimen for relaxed hair info that u can provide! My edges are thin as well but I was born with thin edges either. My edges came out from various hairstyles, braids, glue etc and not properly caring for it. My hair use to be so beautiful now I want my thick healthy hair back! :-( I am relaxed and don't think I will ever go natural. I though about getting a Dominican blow out but still undecided. Thanks for the info and keep these videos coming plz! ;-)

Hello, I recently tried to start a hair regimen in April and I have not been sticking to it so at the moment I'm looking for a fresh start. I have always had shoulder length hair but in 2012 I did a big chop and at the moment I have shoulder length hair but I was never sticking to a specific regimen or anything like that or doing anything special at all to my hair. however I would like to start now to grow my hair longer and much more healthier, can you advice me on what to do? please?

  • @justshun69

I just started viewing your Video. I missed alot evidently. one video your hair was short and the other videos it was long. I really want to know your hair care regimen from beginnig to where you are now. My hair is also permed I was debating on if I should do the Big chop or not. Its broken off kind of bad from a hair do, I can't get it to stay moisturized, it's dry and brittle. I believe It can bounce back with the right regimen. It grows well. most of the hair care that I've seen on these sites are for natural. I need Permed Pros. If you don't mind, please and thank you! could you go back to the beginning?

    Hi:)
How often do you co-wash a month? and How often do you wash with a moisturizing shampoo/conditioner alone?
I know you suggest 1-2x a month washing with a clarifying shampoo.
sorry if you went over all this, I am trying to rehab my daughters hair after a stylist jacked up my daughters relaxer and caused her edges to break off and become very short.

One thing that might help remedy your dry ends is to not use conditioners with silicones in them . Silicones make the hair soft but after they are on your hair, they block out any moisture that you try to put on your hair afterwards. However not all silicones are equal. There are water soluble silicones that don't block out moisture so maybe try those but the rest you may want go get rid of. Unfortunately I had to learn that the hard way after spending my money on several conditioners that I had to trash. VO5 is good but the Neutrogena line is FULL of them. Not sure if you know this but on the ingredients list, any word that ends with "cone" has silicones in it. There are a few that don't end with "cone". If you want a list of good and bad silicones, you can look it up on Google. So whenever you co wash or condition your hair, I suggest that you try using/purchasing silicone free conditioners for about a month and see the difference in your ends! Hope this helps!

      @DyamondMyne  10 лет назад

gurrrl it is so much to learn about when it comes to hair and proper hair ingredients ugh lol but this is why i love youtube and the internet in general because of its useful knowledge thank u for the info on silicone i have heard ppl talk about but it didnt stick in my mind. i will start looking thru my products now making changes if necessary. thanks again

No problem girl! I know how it is to put up with certain problem areas when it comes to the hair lol. And yeah it's definitely a lot to learn but it's well worth it once our hair is where we want it to be. And I totally agree; RUclips and the net is a great help to me as well. Good luck and let me know how it turns out for you!
