    Really enjoyed the video, thanks. As you said, this was a nice macro view. I'm 57, and been working out for 20+ years. Finding I can't keep making progress or gains, but just trying to maintain my strength and fitness as I get older.

      Man, you could probably add a few points this list, you’ve got a lifetime of training experience. Progress and “gains,” are all relative to stage of life. If you’re sticking with it you are definitely ahead of the game.
