    Do you ever make bone broth with chicken feet and beef bones to get more type 2 collagen?

    this was simple! i did something similar, just added two tbsp of apple cider vinegar and one tbsp of salt but its pretty salty so i may cut it in half next time.

    This looks amazing. I’m definitely trying this. One thing I’ll try is using ACV for the deglazing of the baking sheet, then add to the pot like I usually do.

    Thank you for sharing.
    I was able to prepare two batches for my wife. My wife has Lupus so bone broth is helpful for her digestive issues.

    i dont understand why it needs to be gelatinous, or why ppl save the fat, can you explain please?

    • @ramonaesch7863
      @ramonaesch7863 4 месяца назад +2

      The gelatinous is collagen, you can use the fat for frying meat that don’t have much fat in it!!

      @@ramonaesch7863 thanks for info. i did make this however i think people should be warned that have allergies that bone broth contains a bunch of histamines. i got very sick from the broth LOL :( it was bad. i guess i will stick with better bouillion. i broke out and my throat felt like it was closing. maybe i had too much soup. idk. i will be forever careful from now on with pure bone broth.

    I suggest you use red or white wine to remove the fond from your baking sheet pan. It adds a better flavor, and any alcohol content evaporates during the broth making process. Also, using a cast iron dutch oven, rather than a repugnant, modern contraption like an instant pot/crock pot, will result in far better, more savory beef broth results. If you are going to use an instant pot/crock pot, you might as well buy the store bought broth and save a lot of time and effort. On a side note, why does your boyfriend wear finger nail polish? How billy boy of him!
