He's implying it by saying things like "it's almost like you've taken control of me before", but I doubt they really had sex. That real sexual vibe doesn't seem to be there between them. At least, I don't get that feeling. They've known each other for a really long time (since the mid eighties, I believe) and are good friends. I think Craig and Emma are just comfortable enough with each other (and share the same sense of humour) to make sexual jokes like that.
