Your cinematography has come so far in the last 10 years it's incredible. How you're able to immerse the viewer in the atmosphere of the location is truly a gift. Such an excellent video Dan.
I love that you're doing these creepy explore films again, they were what first drew me to your channel years ago, so it's great to see them coming back. Cheers Dan!
I always love your use of establishing shots and sound to set that ominous tone in the opening, then break tension with your opening monologue, then let things get truly organically creepy from there. Yours is the vision that matches what I could I could only hope to capture of such places.
I grew up in Providence and had many abandoned industrial buildings to explore. Until now I haven't seen a video that captures the feelings you get from some of these lost rooms. Thank you very much your work is appreciated.
I was part of the design team that renovated Billie Holiday ES a few blocks away. I always remember doing my roof inspections and seeing that warehouse and wondering what its story was.
Those ammonia valves were probably for an old-school refrigeration system....back in the old days the used Ammonia as refrigerant before Freon came to be. From what I have been told it stunk and was pretty dangerous. Glad to see new creepy urbex videos Dan!

Out of all the scary s*** that you've witnessed and been through I give you props for still doing your. Abandoned videos for real. I don't think I'd be able to continue if I were to witness the stuff you witnessed so I wanted to say. I appreciate your content keep up to good work. Thank you.

G'day Dan, I was on the edge of my seat during this explore as I was scared for you guys because of hearing the clear voices. I can't believe how talented some graffiti artists are, so cool! Thanks for another adventure. Cheers from Australia.
A lot of these artists go on to be fashion designers and stuff and some of the best to ever do it never make it off the block. It's Russian Roulette out here
Another denizen of Charm City here! Thank you Dan for all your adventurous jaunts into the horrible abandoned places all over town. Ah.. Beautiful West Baltimore. Do you know about the elephant's cemetery? An old Hampden neighbor told me about it. Sounded a little sad and spooky. Right up your alley! She said it existed somewhere in Druid Hill Park but (of course) was kinda vague with any details. Toodles!
Hey I recognize the Lafayette building. I live 1.5 miles from here. The trains going by are on the northeast corridor so if you ride Amtrak to or from DC you'll pass this building.
9:38 You sound so confused with the "What the hell is this?"... You've been doing Urbex long enough to know that people come in and stage things, photographers usualy, so they can take artsy shots, then just leave their setup.
Just went on a walk while listening to this with headphones on and let me tell you.. I love the dirty hotel series but the horsing around went a little too far imo and it detracted from it. Still good but if the tone was slightly more serious I think it would be multiple times better. Like the premise of the horrifically disgusting buy maybe still interesting rooms was enticing enough, the crazy shenanigans was a bit much and involved too many shirtless men for me XD..
Perfect timing, thanks Dan! and that was a cool piece of graffiti art in there. The name Ethan can be found within the piece - wonder who Ethan is and where he is today...
It never amazes me your willingness to go to places in Baltimore most people won’t go during the day. City is fucking scary. Theirs a darkness a hopelessness a sense of dread in Baltimore I’ve never felt anywhere else in the world.
The subtle ways you draw an atmosphere and scare people like turning around with ur buddy on the stairs is brilliant 😅😅 you have a unique way of drawing people in!! I wish more urban/ghost explorers did this!! 😁
The guys one floor below you or several rooms down seems to be squatters or the type of people who you really don't want be friends with. I'm glad you both made it out safely.

Ammonia has a higher specific heat than water (a lot), so it's pretty efficient at holding/resisting heat.
