I do like this approach, I'm going to try it. We're all used to hear about the tomato timer or the "study less, study smarter". They're not bad, but often I feel I need to work more and have less pauses. It's also a way to push my limits and improve myself. Thank you :)
Iv been doing this for a long time, and I have always been able to do fairly well productivity wise. I save two to three hours in the morning. Then cool down and relax the rest of the day. The last part is really important. You start to feel good and just burnout when you keep going. Curious as to if you have any tips for collecting data or where you look to find it?
