Ever since buying my first pair in ~2004, I' can't bring myself to own anything else. I have two bluchers (Color 8 and Black), and two of the Alden 986 Leisure Handsewn Loafers, same colors.
interesting, we have the same sneaker size and brannock size. But I wear an 8 in the barrie and a 7.5 in viberg service boots, so I wonder what my trubalance size is?
my Barrie is slightly tight, so I wear thin socks with it. maybe I could afford to go up a half size and wear thicker socks. my Viberg is comfortable. I could get away with a half size smaller but I think it would feel snug.
I could not find any label or indication on the shoes that they are seconds. I did not see any scratches or imperfection on the leather. But it did not come with the usual Alden Green Shoe Box.

Is there a mark on the shoes to indicate they are seconds?

I'm wearing 7.5 B/D in both my Barrie last shoe and my Trubalance last boot, if that is what you are asking. The Barrie in 7.5 is a tighter fit.
