Hey, nerd family! In this video, we’re going to be talking about how to break sugar addiction and the 7 steps to help you stop eating sugar!
At the end, we will also discuss honey, agave, and artificial sweeteners.
Sugar is a substance extracted from plants like cane and sugar beet which is refined into a white crystalline substance.
Since their effect on the blood stream, insulin, and brain are virtually the same, they are both considered sugar in the context of this video.
www.health.harv...
Sugars are addictive because they cause a supernatural release of dopamine in the brain.
www.sciencedire...
Dopamine is the primary neurotransmitter involved in addiction.
In fact, multiple studies have now revealed that sugar and sweet rewards can not only substitute to addictive drugs, like cocaine but can even be more rewarding and attractive
www.ncbi.nlm.n...
www.ncbi.nlm.n...
The brain chemistry of those addicted to drugs and those addicted to sugar are virtually identical.
7-Step Process to Breaking Sugar Addiction:
#1. Realize what’s going on with your brain your body, sugar, and flour.
People often stop consuming obvious sugar culprits like sodas and candy bars and trade them for bread and pasta.
As previously discussed, those breads and pastas cause the same problems as sugar.
#2. Understand levels of addiction
Not everyone who drinks becomes an alcoholic.
The same way not everyone who eats dessert becomes a sugar addict.
We are individuals with different brain chemistry and the important thing is recognizing your own personal level of addiction.
If just thinking about giving up sugar seems like a bleak, dark, and unhappy world, understand this is uniquely similar to how addicts feel about substances they abuse. You may be VERY addicted to sugar.
#3. Detox
You need to spend a period of time completely away from sugar and those dopamine spikes to break the addiction.
This will often lead to an initial period of headaches, hormonal fluctuations, and just feeling like poop for a little while.
The detox process can last from anywhere from 3 to 21 days.
However, on the other side of breaking any addiction is a much healthier place.
#4. Become a nutrition label ninja.
Sugar is often hiding in places you don’t expect. Yogurt, pasta sauce, are protein bars often have TONS of added sugar
You need to become a PRO a reading nutrition labels and feel free to check out my older video on the topic.
#5. Balance blood sugar levels by eating balanced meals
During the detox process, you need to focus on having balanced meals to keep your blood sugar levels steady to prevent crashes.
You do this by eating meals that combine protein, fiber, and healthy fats.
Whole egg omelets with lots of veggies, Chicken salads with olive oil dressing, and a grass fed beef stew are great examples of this.
Protein, fiber, and healthy fat at every meal.
#6. Heal you gut
In an interesting study in Switzerland, men who were separated into two group based on chocolate cravings.
www.washingtonp...
You do this by eating balanced meals as listed above, avoiding sugar and processed foods, and getting healthy probiotics into your diet.
What about honey and agave nectar?
Because of how the brain works the more you eat sugar, the more you crave.
The more you stimulate supernatural sensations in the brain and taste buds, the more it’s going to want and need.
While these sugars do have mild health benefits, if you are struggling with even a mild sugar addiction, you need to cut these things out.
Sooooo what about artificial sweeteners like Stevia?
While previous correlated evidence told us that artificial sweeteners caused additional sugar cravings and even cancer, better studies have shown us otherwise.
www.ncbi.nlm.n...
Randomized double blind studies - aka the gold standard in scientific research - report that artificial sweeteners help us becomes less hungry, consume fewer calories, and don’t stimulate additional sugar consumption.
www.ncbi.nlm.n...

The conclusion on the research as of now points to these sweeteners being ok in mild doses when trying to break a sugar addiction. - Хобби
In conclusion: sugar is a family friendly version of cocaine
Basically
If you crush it, it even look the same

what do I drink my coffee with?
Exactly why I wanna stop eatting it but it’s so hard . It’s an addiction as bad as cocaine 😭
It's so hard when sugar is in EVERYTHING these days.
that’s why you have to make your own food, and sometimes it’s very boring, but there are also healthy places everywhere
bixozgang yeah I just wish it was easier. I’m 14 so I can’t grocery shop, and I’m not usually able to cook.
FRRR, EVERY FOOD NOW HAS A SUGAR LIKE 😭
There are organic grogery stores
It's actually easy. Only buy single ingredient food. That's it.
I’ll start these steps once I finish my cake.

Ace2Much, I fall prey to the muffins and coffee with sweetened milk once more. I was losing my mind.
Vivienne Coley DONT GIVE UP!!! Cut down *slowly* . if you eat a lot for sugary food on a daily basis it is very difficult to change your whole diet, so do it slowly
MrBricks47 Agreed... sugar detox isnt easy!
Vivienne Coley 😎We will win!
How am I supposed to break my sugar addiction if my mom constantly buys it and it’s all over my house?
Edit: my mom recently passed away and I live with my dad and he never even buys food so it’s not a problem for me anymore. I actually crave fruit and veggies since I don’t eat very often. (I’m only a kid)
So relatable I have the same issue! ;-;
Amethyst Zonruiter I do the same thing and have the same problem when I start to run out of things. But then I *have* to eat the bad things because if not, I get in trouble cuz my parents say I eat “too healthy” and that the processed foods are good for my body. Whack. I didn’t mean to get so off topic I’m just mad about that cuz I can never get rid of this acne or lose fat without being shamed for it 😂

Your mom can't help it, she herself is a addict. A sugar addict does your grocery shopping
I used to be able to finish a whole chocolate bar with minimal guilt, but now I haven't touched added sugar for almost two months. Beyond proud.
Kayla great job!!! I can't wait to be on the same track!

i just finished eating some pancakes and a piece of chocolate cake 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 i caan't cut it im always craving for sugar 😭😭😭😭 im an addict 😢😢😢😭😭😭
The problem is that i am able to finish 2-3 chocolate bars with minimum guilt ..
i've always ate insane amounts of sugar but for the past 3 months i ate NOTHING but sugar. and i mean NOTHING. BUT. SUGAR. i gained way too much weight and decided to detox. first i told my mom not to buy any sugar when grocery shopping. it worked. then, when i go out, i don't bring any money with myself because i know i'll spend it on food. that worked too. now i'm 2 weeks clean and it has been HARD. i've had some serious headaches but i feel like it's getting better. i'm really proud of myself. also, after about 10 days you will stop craving sweets that much and it'll be easier to detox after that.
That's so impressive. Can I ask did you give up bread and things too? And did you still have things that cut our all sugar or reduced the levels?
Does these headaches go away and how long will it take them to go away?
Yup many people find that the longer you go without sugar the less you’ll start wanting it
@@theresapowell3869 they go away
Congrats bro, u still going without sugar after 2 years?
Thinking about giving up sugar truly do seems like a dark unhappy world 🥵
actually tends to be a happier and shinny world
I think you just have to go without it for a while to rid yourself of the addiction, then you can have it in small servings without wanting too much after the 3-21 days.

Not really
@Hannah Papernick-Yudin educate urself and you will find out it is absolutely worth it
When I stopped eating sugary foods for a while, a few months if not over a year, sugar didn't taste the same and those sugary foods tasted worse than ever before
Love it Gary, thank you for sharing your story.

Gary Liseo Jr same I stayed away for 8 months and another period I stayed away for over a year maybe a year and a half if I remember, anyway just like you, sugars didn't seem as addicting, sodas especially seemed the least addicting and I drink a can of soda once every couple of months
Gary Liseo Jr I once stayed away from soda for 2 months and when i finally decided it was ok to drink a can of coca cola, it was absolutely amazing.

I work as a pastry chef in that case. according to this video I am a drug dealer I make No Apologies at all
I need a fix!
You are a drug dealer literally
It wasn't ur fault but it's true sugar is more worst den a drug....it's difficult to leave dis drug called sugar...and u r indirectly luring people towards it.
Bhavika Aswani It's difficult to get rid of this drug because, you know, it's difficult to not eating, like it's difficult to not drinking water or breathing. It's difficult to not live. Because sugar, flour, etc. is food, food is necessary to live. Cocaine is not food. So calling some type of food worse then cocaine is stupid. Eating too much sugar is bad. Drinking too much water is bad. Eating too many fruits is bad. But it's stupid to say that food cause addiction like a drug.
K Marx Food especialy processed food (that is engineered ti buy more more more) causes addiction ... sugar cuses addiction ... stop eating sugar and see what happens ....it's exact as quiting any other addiction headache etc etc
1- Realize what’s going on with your body(don’t switch to similar problems (carbs))
2 - Your personal type of addiction
3 - Detox ( headaches/mood swings 3-21 days)
4 - Read the labels
5 - Eat real balanced meals
6 - Heal your gut (bacteria in gut affects mood)
7 - Substitute with other sugars (unless detoxing)
I broke what I call my added sugar addiction by slowly transitioning to healthy snacks that such as fruit and other natural whole foods and overtime I lost my addiction to candy, pop, and junk food. By doing this I lost almost 50 pounds in a matter of months and I have kept off the weight for over 18 months and in fact on the 1st of January 2018 will be my second year of going clean.
Congratulations, I hope I get unaddicted from this to 😂
I've given up added sugar for two weeks and have been on a strict paleo diet prior to that and I haven't lost any weight. All I eat it whole foods. 🤷
Congratulations! I’m jealous.
@@lockergr Can you give an example of your daily diet?
Gloria Girgis I follow the AIP (Autoimmune Paleo Diet). Basically you avoid grains, dairy and processed foods, along with any foods that cause inflammation, like nightshades. But I reckon I probably eat too much oil or foods cooked with oil... or I'm just eating too much overall.
"Bread and pasta have the same negative affects."

I know right!
If its less than 15g of sugar per 100g it is fine, but if it is more it isn't healthy
I really want to break my sugar addiction. im so unhappy about it. I hide it from people. no one knows how bad it is.
Have you watched 'the bitter truth'. Very inspiring. And remember, although it's really hard to start with, it gets easier with time; usually after about three weeks. Good luck.
yummyjackalmeat please know that you CAN break it. and it might be easier for you if you have a friend to do it with you, that way you can support each other. the first step is to NOT BUY SUGARS. sounds easy and simple but if it is not in your house, you can't eat it. maybe try drinking a herbal tea every time you want some candy. if you still want candy afterwards, have one piece of fruit, at least it is natural sugar. you can do this!! 🤗🤗
yummyjackalmeat I did a detox with my sister! that was really helpfull.. she didnt let me cheat or quit :)
I'm sorry it's such a struggle, I suppose all I can say is you need to speak to a doctor/professional because you are clearly aware that you have a real problem. I know it's easier said than done, but is there something you could do/have as an alternative like no sugar sweets or fruit? You said that you have to walk for an hour to buy chocolate.... so you can at least go SOME small time without having it. Have you thought about maybe going away to visit family/friends in another place to take you out of the situation? Maybe you could explain that you are trying to deal with sugar addiction and you want to have NO ACCESS to sugar/sweets for a few days to try and break the cycle? I think you need to build a support network to try and deal with this because otherwise you might end up with health problems like diabetes etc etc. Good luck!! :) :)

You feel moody and emotional at first.
Wow. How did you do it?!
Fruit and other sugar alternatives just don’t satisfy me the same though :(
Me neither. Eating an apple in place of cake doesn't make me crave cake any less
It's because sugar itself is not that addictive. Sugar is addictive WITH fat together. The most addictive desserts, chocolate bars, donuts etc. contain a high amount of sugar AND fat. And this rule goes also for salty foods with high carbs and fat like cheesy pastas, lassagne etc.
I know its bad advice but it works for me lol.. i replaced my sugar and caffeine addiction with a different healthier one. Going to the gym and not quite giving up caffeine to avoid headaches.. taking pre workout. has no sugar but lots of caffeine. I've lost a bunch of weight cutting sugar and caffeinated soda out.
dawg im addicted to fruit 💀 i binged fruit today
Smoothies really help the cravings for sugar. Fruit in general is a good substitute. When you get the craving just have an apple, banana, berries, etc. Best advice is to not buy the bad food in the first place. You can't eat it if it's not in your cupboard/fridge.
if u get bloated from.these tho its no point
no fiber in smoothies!
Jørgen Jømne lol how is that even possible if all fruit ends up getting chewed up in your mouth anyways?
Roisin Kelly Fiber lowers the speed of absorption of the sugar by the intestine. Without fiber you end up with too much sugar in the blood just like any sweet.
Bananas isn't the best fruit to eat

When my type II diabetic sister visits her boyfriend in Italy her blood sugar gets more manageable. We think its because food bought in Italy has is less processed and contains less hidden sugar. She says that she eats pasta at every meal when she's there.
Can you do a video on how a woman's menstrual cycle impacts her body and how to healthily navigate through the different cravings and stages please?

suggestions: how about the next video you'll made is about loose skin after massive weight lost and how to prevent them.
Ramed Recto Yes! this would be great.
Ok Ramed, I will look into it. This has been requested a few times so it's def on my radar.
Can't really prevent loose skin after a huge weight loss. It's not realistic thinking. You can try to minimize the loose skin as much as possible by loosing weight at a slower pace so the skin has time to tighten in between loosing the weight. But not having loose skin after a big weight loss or even after a smaller weight loss is not possible. It depends a lot in your biology as well. Some will have more loose skin than others, because of genetics.
Ramed Recto you can definitely lose excess skin by fasting as the body heals itself it feeds on excess and unnecessary cells so your skin tightens. Do a bit of research
Finally our breaking sugar addiction video is ready! Sorry for the delay on this one :( We should (fingers crossed) be back on track for weekly videos. Let's jam about some stuff:
I want to clarify a point made in the video about artificial sweeteners - The data is not conclusive YET. Yes, when breaking a sugar addiction, a moderate amount of stevia is ok to liven bland foods up... But this does not mean you should running an IV of artificial sweeteners into your blood stream.
The negative studies on artificial sweeteners did show some problems with healthy gut bacteria and I am very wary of giving them The Health Nerd stamp of approval.
In summary: If you can break your sugar addiction without them, do it. That being said, a couple packets of stevia a day and you will probably be fine.
Use Stevia over anything else.

There have been studies that have shown that the gut has a direct link to the brain. Because of this connection, microbes in your gut can make you crave certain foods. The way to change these cravings is changing what microbes call you home. You crave sugar because the microbes rely on sugar to survive. If you start eating lots of fiber, you will starve the sugar loving bacteria and promote the growth of fiber loving microbes. The healthy beneficial microbes we often talk about often consume fiber as their main source of food. Because you have a lot of fiber loving bacteria, they will make you crave fiber rich foods like leafy greens.

Once you stop craving sugar, you almost don't want it. If you do have sugar it has to be of high quality chocolate. Going through withdrawal is not worth it. You didn't become addicted to sugar overnight so no need to torture yourself. Slowly ween off it. start by no sugar after lunch. Then switch to sugar substitutes like Atkins, then slowly ween off of that. You will find your taste buds will change.
I get that sugar addiction is similar to being addicted to drugs, but here's my problem with it: with cigarettes for example, you could say "I will never smoke again" and just cut them out of your life (not saying it's easy, but you get what I'm saying), but with food you can't say "I will never eat again" right? And I know what you're thinking: you could just cut the sugar and still eat tons of food, but the issue here is that you still have to think of an affordable meal (that everyone in your household likes), you have to go buy the ingredients (in a store filled with sugary stuff) and you have to prepare your meal before you can eat it. I often eat sugar, because it's just easier to not think about it too much and grab cheap tomato sauce and pasta. I think we often spiral down: we feel tired and depressed, and because of our lack of energy we get something quick and simple to eat. This makes us feel even more tired and depressed and so on... Does anyone else recognise this? Would be nice to hear how you broke out of this habit!
u are very smart and aware of a big problem now adays. For this i give u a Gold Star!
Yes, and while you're paying for your groceries, since they know most people have an addiction to sugar, they make sure to add the most unhealthy things near the cash registers while waiting in line. It might be time to start ordering food online.
lol I went to the store the other day and they had moved the candy aisle right beside the health food. It's by design. If we stay sick, they earn more $$$ when we go to the doctor.
True. But you just have to keep going in the right direction and soon you’ll break through that tired and depressed feeling. I eat sugar because it “makes me feel better.” In reality it makes me feel like shit. I use it as a comfort thing, sadly. Trying to break it ...
Hans Bjorgman ikr!? They do that in my local store! They put energy drinks and donuts and shit near the fruit and veggies and they also put other junk food right near all the cash registers. It’s crazy how the stores stock their stuff
True. Another problem is that many food contain sugar. Avoiding sugar also means avoiding lots of food that you are used to eat often. I live in Turkey, its so hard to avoid sugar because almost everything is made of it.
I'm eating Ice cream while watching this
im craving cookies and cream ice cream rn.
lol
@@tiannawalton3454 same doe
Don't do the artificial (sugar) stuff, keep it natural!
But I love bread.
eligirl100 Me too. I work out so I can eat more bread. Life's too short for this sh*t.
Me to until I found out I had leaky gut
And very gluten intolerant
I was 6'5 now I'm 6'3"
Eat seed bread
I've tried a detox w/ fruit and had to abandon it. It started off ok but I eventually got to where I was eating 20 pieces of fruit a day to get my sugar fix from the fructose. I lost weight at first but then ended up gaining more than I lost. I can go cold turkey, but my brain just shuts down and I can't focus at work which is bad, because I have to do daily problem solving and thousands of mathematical calculations. What I've been doing recently is eating honey roasted nuts, figuring that way at least I'm getting a lot of fiber and protein with the honey. I've only recently accepted that I have a sugar addiction and have probably had it my entire life. It's actually more of a relief than a let-down. Now I can finally start tackling the problem more effectively.
Endymion766 haha I no wat u mean
Drink so much water and hope for the best cus it not bad for ya
Literally ate an entire packet of oreos while watching this 🥺🥺
It's been 3 years since I gave up soda.
Juana Barajas I don’t think I can do that :/
It's not really that hard.
When I was 15 (I'm 21 now) I just decided to quit drinking, after a month or 2 you can't even drink it anymore because it burns your throat.
It's been over 30 years for me. It can be done and you lose interest in it after you find some reduced sugar juices instead. I have maybe one or two sodas a year at most.
Juana Barajas its so easy to give that up
Down 40lbs from May 2019 until now. Aug 2019 giving up sugar and carbs. Feel amazing and do not even miss it. Your body adapts.
David Holmes how bout now?
“The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting to perish, but everyone to come to repentance.”
2 Peter 3:9 NIV
Matthew 11:28-30 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”
ROMANS 10:9-11 “If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. As Scripture says, “Anyone who believes in him will never be put to shame”
“For the Son of Man came to seek and to save the lost.””
Luke 19:10
God wants us to believe in His One and Only Son, Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, who died for our sins :D When we truly believe in our hearts that Jesus is the Son of God, who died for our sins so we could have eternal life with God, we are saved, and have life in Jesus Christ 💗
Jesus genuinely loves you, and always waits for you to come to Him 🕊💕
May God bless you all ❤
As individuals we need to handle our health crisis on our own. Doctors treat the symptoms not the causes. We begin by using the right foods as medicine.
Super interested in the science behind artificial sweeteners. My 7 year old daughter has a tic disorder, and sugar is a HUGE trigger. We tried sugar free options in moderation, but it still has the same effect. She loves carbs, but we're careful to not let her eat them for every meal, which is harder than it sounds when dealing with a 7 year old.
How is your daughters sugar addiction or cure going?
howd it go?
I really hope my baby artic fox grows up to be healthy and avoids sugars.
AW DATS MEH LIAFE I LUVZ DEM ARCIC FAOXES
I am extremely addicted to sugar. Since 2015 I've had it quite stressful, and so, my solution became food. I've always been addicted to light soda (like Cola Zero and now; Pepsi Max), but it's evolved to the extreme since october 2016 and I feel sluggish, tired and sick every single day because of my sugar addiction. When I try to eat healthier and avoid gluten or carbs (pasta, rice, bread, potatoes) I get physically ill after a short amount of time. It's even worse when I try to stop drinking soda all the time. I get dizzy, feel nausious, I get the worst headache and it feels as if my body won't work. I also get easily distracted and can't focus when I am like this, and I get easily irritated. I know people who have been addicted to drugs of which I'd think would've been worse than just sugar, and I feel as though they were better than me overcoming THEIR addiction, than what I am with my sugar intake. It stresses me out to the extreme, and if I could afford it, I would get a personal trainer and nutritionist to help me out. I actually WISH there were some sort of course or bootcamp where I live to break sugar addiction and overweight and stuff. The fun part is that I'm tall, so I'm not SICKLY overweight just yet, but I HAVE gained over 20 pounds in under a year, which isn't really good. i've gained about 60 pounds in 3 years, but I WAS struggling with depression and eating disorder three years ago, but have had a normal weight until last year. Thanks for this video! Hopefully, I'll get through this and lose weight and be healthy again!
You are never suppose to restrict carbs 100% because it’s the main way to get glucose to your brain UNLESS you are on Keto. It takes a few days for your body to switch from getting energy from carbs into getting it from fat and protein. Just track your macros. There’s tons of macro calculators online. Depending on your weight, you can still have those things as long as the quantity you are having doesn’t derail you.
Also part of the reason cutting carbs would make you gain weight is because you start getting sluggish with no energy from carbohydrates hence your body will not be able to physically preform as much.
So artificial sweeteners are like the methadone of the sugar world? Lol
this made me laugh, that comparison is perfect
That's so clever 😂😂
Well i crave to eat chocolate every time after I eat meal ,
what is my secret to stay away from it is I don't have enough money to buy it
i watched this video about a year ago seeking for guidance because i had a terrible addiction to sugary foods. i stuck to eating more of a balanced diet and ate A LOT of fruit. Overtime I started eating less and less fruit and more nutritional foods. Lost 30 lbs. thanks for making these kinds of videos, they do make a difference.
But do I get to keep this baby arctic fox 🐺?
Doesitmatter? It's gray...
Bruh this seems like that scene in radio rebel
The pasta: I’m sugar
The salsa: no I’m sugar
My entire pantry: we are all sugar
the fake sugars are bad for you. the study has been there. the new studies are from the people paid by the industry. you can't take what they say. but as for everything else, it's great
Stevia/erythritol products don't belong in the same category as ARTIFICIAL sweeteners. They're safe and valuable for me. Erythritol is the only sugar-alcohol molecule that doesn't trigger GI side effects.
*My name is Percival, I'm addicted to sugar but I'm more addicted to you ayyyyieeeeee HAHAHAH*
A good informative video, except the irritating music, can hardly hear with that banging music in background. :(
Thanks for letting me know.
I find that eating nuts (not roasted or salted, only natiral) really help me with sugar cravings. Is this a good alternative? I imagine it's better than pure sugar anyways.
stick to almonds, walnuts, pepitas since they have "good" fats. Not easy on the wallet, but a good snack alternative.
The thing is that you don't have to avoid ALL sugar to be healthy, only the added sugar. Fruits and milk (also cheese, natural yogurt, etc. Lactose!) have sugar and they can still be a good thing to eat (always with responsability!).
I am trying to avoid sugar right and it can feel a bit difficult at the start (especially when everybody around you is enjoying something sweet!). But it also makes you fell good when at the end of the day you can think about how much sugar you have avoid today and how that will have a possitive effect in your health in the future (if you continue like this) :)
Nakd bars will save your life haha
Awesome! I would like for you to discuss emotional eating in the future. :-)
I drink my tea and coffee totally sugar free. My problem is that I really LOVE chocolate and do eat a lot of it. I also eat much pasta and bread, so I have a lot of work
I'll have to show this video to L
Last time when I tried to "detox" from sugar was 3days of hell, no one could talk with me and I swear I was in pain....
my biggest issue: i hate cooking and spending money on groceries for meals. also i am mentally weak
Watching while eating a brownie for breakfast. 🤷♀️
i m sugar addict, so hard to break free
I agree.
Damn, just thinking of quitting sugar gave me mild anxiety...
Don't do drugs kids they said....
A lot of things mentioned here are the same things people like myself learn when diagnosed with diabetes. Quitting or reducing your sugar/carbs sucks donkey poo, but when your future health and life depend on it you find your way.
However, I personally don’t agree about artificial sweeteners. There still seems to be an ongoing debate about that no matter how many studies are done. And us diabetics are taught that the artificial stuff is processed by our bodies the same way as regular refined sugar and even turbinado or natural cane sugar.
For those who want or need to kick sugar, may the odds forever be in your favor. For those who aren’t ready or don’t want to... have a cookie for me 😊
My only problem is that I love Starbucks. But maybe I should use it as a reward for eating healthy. Then I’ll only get it once a month!!
I've pretty much kicked my sugar addiction, as I have my addiction to chocolate, because I've pretty much had enough sugar for 5 lifetimes! And 4 months ago went back on a whole foods, plant based (Vegan) lifestyle ~ once again but this time, for life... since giving up sugar and sugar-laden yogurt, I've managed to clear up my lifetime cystic acne, once and for all, and my skin has become soft and supple. ❤💜❤💜❤💜❤ GO VEGAN!
NorthStar Astrology Or just eat a *natural* diet. Filled with healthy meats, poultry, vegetables, and fruits.
Not everything natural is good therefore saying something is natural does not make it a good thing.
Congratulations.. I went vegan .. lost a ton of weight and look great . Not to mention my health is awesomely off the charts .
I've stopped sugar cystic acne gone but I can still eat all meat and sea fruits I love 😊

For those of you struggling with fighting the cravings, I HIGHLY recommend fresh organically grown Green Grapes. When freshly storebought, they are so crunchy, juicy, watery, and naturally have a mild sweetness that really helps quell the cravings! I have small intestine issues that are exacerbated by sugar, and having a handful of grapes first thing in the morning or late at night has truly helped me suppress the desire to have a setback with cookies and other sweets. Good luck! You are all stronger than you know!
Everytime there's a "c" on the screen I think it's a parentheses 😂
Everytime you like my comment i will get a reminder to get stick of my detox schedule ❤️❤️
I CLICKED THIS CAUSE I HAVE DIABETES BUT I REALISED I CANT DO THIS CAUSE I WOULD MAYBE DIE OF LOW BLOOD SUGAR
So this was just an add for artificial sweeteners 😂🤣
*Watches while eating cookies*
i feel like most of the ppl watching this arent nerds just people who wanna become better people and the best them.
