    But, with the current job market, expecting such a level of professionalism is considered too high on expectations 😕

    Strange : Higher up folks are hired on coffee, lunch, dinner dates. And senior software engineers are hired after 2 telephonic screening interviews, 6 coding interviews and what not!!!

      You’ll get there! This is absolutely common for anyone senior in their career.
