    Aapki sabhi video bahut hi gyanvardhk hai.
    Bahut achchhe se samjhaya hai.
    Hame kough ,ki problem,gale ki problem aksar bani rahti hai.ham kbhi bhi freez ka cold Pani nahi pita hu.
    Thandhi cheej se parhej karta hu.
    Hame bahut jyada to nahi lekin thoda blood pressure ki bhi samsya hai.
    Hamare problem ko dhyan me rakh kar koi yoga bataye.agar already bana rakhi hai to wah kaun si video hai
