9:37 i said it before. i'll say it again. you need a inventory management system. you should be able to walk up to a PC. type in the name of something you need and find have the back broken down into number Bays. With numbered Bin in the bays.

I'm sure it's a space issue, but I wondered why the trade/assessment happens in front of the cash register in the main sell floor instead of an adjacent room for privacy.

Haha, not a huge contingent of Howdy Doody collectors out there. Also, previous generations' stuff like Howdy Doody didn't get reboots and remakes in the 80s, like what happens with 80s stuff now. Except for G.I. Joe. So Howdy Doody and whatnot just gets more forgotten the older it gets.
It amazes me how some people think their items have value. When in reality.... It's worthless junk! I don't know how you keep the lights on! I'm sure that your sales are quite good. But it would appear that you buy more unwanted items, versus sales of wanted items.
