I agree with everyone here about Kent having his own cooking show on Network TV, but like most cowboys, he is probably happy and content to share his knowledge in this little corner of youtube. I too grill year round. Plus I use the top of the grill to see how much snow we got. Sorrells on, one foot out into the cold and give dinner a flip. About 300 days a year

I tried this once about 25 yrs ago on my husband. I didn't have burger rolls, only hot dog buns. I rolled the burger and put it on the bun after it was cooked. I put two of them on his plate. I had all I could do not to laugh. You know what it looked like, right? Just like a poop on a bun. It was the only time he got mad at my cooking. In a very odd voice, he said, "I'm not eating that." I still laugh just thinking about it. He failed to find the humor.

Waxed paper works much better in the wind. You could even use some double sided scotch tape to keep it to the board. We did it in the Boy Scouts.
