So, in Russia ,in a country side we do love to eat meat and drink beer!) Usually it is a kind of open BBQ SET. We are marinade the meat with the onions , Vinegar or Mayones(it is many ways to marinade)usually the night before. We use the metal skewers to cook the meat. Add some fresh tomattous))) And Vo-Lya. Ofcourse some one will bring you a short of Vodka, even when you bought only beers)))

the best sauce is you get a cup of mayo a cup of ranch and a cup of ketchup and mix it all together with like 8 spoonfulls of salt then you melt a half cup of butter in the microwave and mix that in and it is so yummy i use that for everything and always keep a jar of it in the fridge its creamy and salty and sweet all in one

And I know what the basic build for every McD is: meat-to-bun-to-condement-ratio: salt and texture, no natural flavors (except the veggies) plus very tasty sauce. The sauce gives it it's flavor. And I just LOVE the fact that you are so descriptive and open about your sauce!
