Thanks mate, I have a True Coat Plus II and it drove me bonkers because it wouldn't prime when washing out the storage fluid. All it took was a simple de-press of the valve with a pencil. Cheers from LaLa Land, California.

Can u tell me if the pump is replaceable on Graco trurcoat plus 2 the older model I've got chance of brand new one cheap as chips so was wondering if this was case thanks
What if it’s leaking paint from the neck? By that I mean from the inside of the housing. I keep trying to spray but it leaks paint from there. I cleaned out the tip
mate ive got the truecoat first model, true coat pro, now its been back for repair 3 times, they have said they upgraded the chipset. And it does work somewhat. But when it sprays, instead of a nice solid pattern it 'pulses'. like really fast but if you are holding the spray close, you'll see vertical - not horizontal trails, lines on it. So is there a quick fix for this. As the thing is spraying, just doing this pulsating thing. The only way I can get a decent finish out of it, is to hold it well back from the job, which means im getting overspray everywhere and wasting paint. Im thinking there is an easy fix for this.
It sounds to me like you have a partially blocked or worn tip. if thats not the case and your pump itself is in good condition, it could also be your battery is not performing at full capacity. However tip seems most likely.
mate just a quick unrelated question ive aquired a wagner 117 what tip would you recommend for acrylic paint on weathertex boards external house i have no idea
Hi there, a 313 or 413 are both popular, but if you want more paint flow then a 315 or a 415 would suit. Make sure to use the correct gun filter to avoid tip blockages. Have fun with it
Boy do I need your help I just finish doing what u did took apart that piece on the bottom . But when I'm spraying paint paint is coming out from the back when u screw on tip. Any suggestions? Please dude if u can help . I pay 300 for this shit I'm getting ready put both machines in garbage

It's same as this one few years old are they replaceable the pumps
yes there is a replacement pump available, if you go to your local Graco service centre, they'll be able to look it up for you.

West Spray Airless I’ve actually just soaked all my tips in thinners and cleaned them out prior to this my batteries are in good nick too.
The only other thing to check is paint thinning, 10% for acrylic paints, 10-15% for enamels

that sounds like your tip seal is either damaged or may have fallen out, try tightening it a little more, otherwise just replace the seal
