@@JollyJupiterryes his first time ever. He's going to be using it on mx tracks. I have booked him a lesson on a track so I'll ask the instructor to recommend a bike. Thanks.
Would you recommend a 13 year old 5,4 weighing about 70kgs (pls dont judge my weight) who also rides a 125 semi-auto quad to get an 85cc 2 stroke as a first bike?
Good Morning! I would suggest getting to the closest dealer and let the rider sit on the bike. It's funny how each rider can fit a bike differently! Enjoy The Ride, Jared
Have fun! The biggest thing is learning the clutch, be patient as it might take a few days to get the hang of it. Other than that just practice a bunch! Enjoy The Ride, Jared
Good Morning, just by watching Braxxton ride the Husky is a way smoother and powerful bike. He can pull out of a corner without shifting and line up for jumps. Make a pretty big difference. Enjoy the ride, Jared
Yamaha literally hasn't touched their YZ85 in 10 years other than the power valve update in 2019 (which the bike in the video has) ... Yes the 2022's got new plastics... BUT the Husky in the video is a 2021 so then would the Husky be outdated?
Try remaking this one they have the new plastics and no offense but the mentality of it not being a full bike because the plastics aren’t complete like the husky but Yamaha changed it to have a removable shroud on the left. Better race mentally feel in my opinion that’s a big difference to a kid or rider in general. Doesn’t look derpy at all like the husky doesn’t look like derpy
Great video pal. We'll done. My son is looking for his first bike and he's 12 nearly 13 and is 5ft1". This video has helped me immensely. Thanks.
is it his first time riding a bike EVER? These bikes are race bikes and have tons of power. Maybe look into getting a 4-stroke instead.

@ Oh! Absolutely get him a two stroke if he's going to race. Good luck getting into the sport, keep me updated!

I’ve got the KTM SX 85
Cant really call it a comparison. One is 3 years outdated to the other.
