    What type of band use ... ? .
    1 - Rubber band
    2 - Head band ... from winter season for cover only head it is little bit strechy ...
    3 - If i purchase new one from market what type of band require , it found easily 🤔🤔🤔 ...

    I can't do right leg to left leg with walk. What am i problem? Glutes, hip, ITband..
