- Day 12 of '31 days to feeling fitter'
'31 days to feeling fitter' is an exercise programme designed by Rachel Whorton to help motivate people to feel fitter, healthier and to have more energy. Starting with basic low impact cardio, core stability, arm and leg exercises they will build in difficulty and intensity throughout the month.

Hello i have hip pain and Femoroacetabulair impingement . if i do these exercises the pain goes away. but only for 10 minutes. after that times its comming back more heavy. what does this mean? is this pain from the hip joint or the muscles? range of motion from the hip is very good.
If you are still getting pain then please seek medical advice. I’m afraid it’s impossible for me to advise on this matter. Hope you get it sorted!
Are those exercise going to be good for laying on the bed without wearing the shoes?
Yes, you could do this lying on a bed... ensure you engage your abdominals to support the body throughout.
