Thank you, I shall incorporate some of these into my routines. Female, 60 years old and re-building my muscle strengthening program after a year out with lower back issues. Took me a year to work out it was no abdominals engagement- my back did all the work and 2 weeks on holiday and no gym work suddenly made me realise my back felt better! I was continually working with poor pelvic tilt because I wasn’t engaging my abs…….and no amount of stretching was helping me after each gym session…….the start of my journey to rehabilitating my back started! So after a year of slowly working this through (with the help of a physio, chiropractor and massage therapists) I’m now finding strengthening my abs, adductors and abductors are the key 💪🏻 and Pilates is my core program.
Holy molly incredibly detailed! Incredible lower body development and function. I'm thinking some of these techniques on a small scale might help me, I have a fractured neck of femur and I'm trying to heal without surgery

Would really appreciate if you could answer this question on the thumbnail you show pain in the inner thigh but i dont have pain exactly there it feel more in my inner ass then goes down to my adductors but it doesn’t hurt much at all in my inner backside of the thigh i feel this pain when i sprint and turning around fast so basically my question is that the problem i have that you are showing exerices for
Good enough for flex lewis 9 times champion. Used in evet prep for mr olympia. Problem is people don't know how to use it. If u not squeezing on full contraction. Yes its worthless. Other wise awesome machine.
That machine is good for non functioning muscle growth, depends what you want, body builder or functional excercise that gives life, not pumps. This video is great for functional
Theres a difference, adductors, and aBductors, the machine is called abductor, and adductors are muscles other than glutes, because hip abductors target the glutes, and help with hip flexion. 👍
