Thank you so much for this review. And I’m glad you mentioned that you only bought individual books vs buying the entire series/units. I was wondering if that would work okay and it sounds like it works just fine.

Thank you for watching! Yes, it works just find to purchase an individual literature study. We have been doing this for a few years and it has worked great. We will continue with 1-2 studies next year.

We love MBTP! It can seem intimidating at times, but I love how your daughter pushed through and realized it wasn’t as bad as she thought. 💪🏼We just do the activities that best fit our goals. The activities and research tie in so well and always bring the stories to life even more! Can’t wait to get to Esperanza Rising!

We love MBTP as well! We just started a new study this week and it is already so much fun! Yes, it can definitely seem intimidating, but it is laid out so well and we love the activities available.

This sounds like so much fun! I'm going to check these out. I LOVE that she created the video at the end by acting/producing/all the things! How special!

You are very welcome. We really enjoyed this MBTP. There was definitely a lot included in it, but when we are enjoying the activities, then it doesn't seem so overwhelming and like "busy work."

This is definitely a jump from NIHM but sounds so fun! Love the final project twist you all added in!

I hope to do this book next year when we study history of depression and ww2. I like that it has food in it as well since we are also going to do nutrition for science.

This was the best review I have seen for this curriculum! Thank you so much! I was kind of nervous because I went with this curriculum instead of Abeka (due to them not honoring a discount), and my daughter really needs more of a challenge for reading! It is a little pricey, but I'm going to use every bit of it that I can.

These look perfect. Do you pause all other language arts while you do this? Is there anything you kept doing while doing it? I was debating on trying these for my 6th grader, but think I’d have to pause all of our language arts, because of the amount of writing and it seems to cover so much.
