It’s easy to scan but not iPhone users can double side print from scan through app

How do you photocopy a form that has several pages. Is here a way to feed the originals into the printer or do I have to do each individual page manually?

Hi. The power switch is in the back of the printer, right next to the power supply connection. When printer is on, as soon as you open the scanner, the copy buttons will light up.
My lights don't come on. Any help?

The cartridge may be empty or dry. Try a quick manual cleaning like in this video:

It is a nightmare I'm this close to taking a hammer to it.
I think some evil HP engineer said “let’s make this printer as non-intuitive as we can. We wont include any easy instructions, and we won’t label any of the buttons..make them guess what they do. And then we will make it impossible to get any help online”.

These settings are available when you use the HP Smart app on your phone.
How do your enlarge the copy?
You will need to connect to your phone or PC to enlarge copies.
This is really helpful if I ever needed to make multiple copies of something, I didn't know to just push the button more than once lol. Thanks!

It has to be some error. Check the cartridges are installed properly.

Do you know why i get E0 when i have brand name ink
Please make sure that all protective film is gone. Also, make sure the ink number is correct. Clean contacts and try installing cartridges again. Let me know how that goes.

My printer only turn on the wifi button.. I restored and still doing the same , even if I press the button the others don’t turn on .. any advise ??
Try removing the cartridges. Turn printer off and then on. If everything works fine and printer asks for cartridges, make sure the contact area on cartridge and in the carrier are clean and dry.

I don’t have the number counter
How long does the panel where you pick color or black & white stay lit up after you make 1 copy. Will it finally go back to just showing the wifi blue light and nothing else? It stayed lit with the options to pick color, how many copies, or black and white for a LONG TIME. I finally unplugged it to reset it to what I call "sleep" mode.
I too could not figure out how to go back to the off panel …it stayed lit and blinking…I just walked away and later it went back to the original off panel…not to impressed with the options and panel …😢
How do you add paper?
The paper tray drawer pulls out in the front and that's where paper needs to be loaded

They usually go off when printer goes to sleep mode after a few minutes.

Yes, just the same as a regular copy. If you want ID printed on an ID card, you need a different printer which prints on cards. Canon has a few options.
Mine makes copies with a vertical line on the left hand side and it stops 3mm short from the edge on both ends. Almost looks like its a feature of the copy function. Does anyone know how to fix this?
We have the same problem and we don't know how to fix it.

I recently bought an Envy 6065e (basically the same unit from Best Buy). Would you know what the flashing light on the left edge of the scanner bed is? (I see it on yours) It's always flashing, like once a second, even when the lid is closed. HP didn't have a clue, even when they saw it through my camera phone. Told me to exchange the printer, and I did.... but the replacement does the same thing. I've read other blogs about other HP models having this flashing light on the scanner but can't find any explanation whatsoever. I assume it's normal? TIA!

I think one on right is black and white and the left button is for color copies, but that is only a desperate guess . Weeks now and still can''t get phone to jibe or use keypad on printer. I had no idea what I was getting myself into as previously I have had good luck with HP. I HATE the lack of information about any part of it. And can't communicate with help without some long process of waiting for an assigned number.

When you print is it also blank? It can ber empty or clogged ink cartridges if prints come out empty as well. Try cleaning the cartridges.

Both my copy icons on my control panel are lit up (color pulsing, black & white solid). I don't want to make any copies now. How do I turn them off?
It may be telling you to remove document from the scanner glass.

Yes, HP Envy 6055 does have the automatic duplex printing feature.
@@303electronics means just need to put the paper then choose the two pages you want to print and print on that paper hand free right?

Hi, thank you for this. Slightly different question, do you know where the aerial is located inside the printer, please? I want the wifi on to function, but I also get an unpleasant sensation from the wifi and I'd like to be able to shield the area on the casing, between it and me, when it's giving me a hard time. I sat with some foil draped over the front of the printer and that helped, but it's ridiculous! If I could paste a small piece just in the local area of the aerial, that might do better, and just hold my phone out to the side to catch some signal if I want to print. Hey. Im trying to improvise and cope with the technology! Hope you can help please. I have an Envy 6010 Thank you!

Hi. Thank you for the feedback.. WPS is the button that you press on your home or office wireless router. It doesn't need a pin.

There are some videos in RUclips but all for different HP printers. Could you please tell me how did you complete the printer set-up without WPS?
@@ramvenkateswaran4254 Turn on Bluetooth on your device, then try again. If you downloaded the HP Smart App, after you have Bluetooth on, your device and printer can communicate to complete setup. Please let me know howbthat goes.
@@303electronics Hello again. I am using my laptop to connect with my printer. I have to add my printer in "Printer&Scanner" settings. There I am prompted for a WPS PIN. Without that I am unable to complete the set-up in my lappy.

Sounds to be a failure of the scanner. Scanner lamp went wrong possibly. If printer is in warranty you can try to have a replacement

Hi. You need to remove all material from scanner glass and close the cover.

How to make extended copies?
Hi. If you would like enlarged copies, you will need to send a copy job using your phone app or computer software for this printer. You can still use the scanner on printer for that option.

E0 is for unusable cartridge. Make sure you install genuine HP ones...

in HP smart there's a scan option, or open control panel on your computer and go into devices and find your printer, you can scan from there in the old fashioned way, via usb

As an hp technicia. NIwould not recommend to connect printer through extender. It messes up the signal for the router. It causes troubles and you wont be able to print

My only thought is that there is a problem with the wire or scanner lamp. If you still have warranty, contact HP and they may be able to tell you your options.
Same problem too. My printer prints fine but anytime I scan/copy, nothing but black streaks come out. My printer is one day old
