Hi Brian, all the damp readings above and below were good, so luckily it's not been used while cracked.

Could i suggest a video of how to deal with broken external grab handles. One of my mates has a broken one and i cant see a way of removing them . Are they fixed from the inside behind the wall panels ?Cheers

Hi Philip. They are behind the wall board unfortunately, if you can't see them that is. Only way around is to try and push on the bolt slightly, once you cut the old handles off and then drill for them to come through and fit new ones. Then use a cover to go over the hole after. Hope that makes sense.

Mark certainly isn’t an expert. Didn’t even bother cleaning the area first. Probably wise not showing these repair attempts on caravans he wants to sell.
