    I love a good morning yoga flow! I like to gently wake up the body first thing in the morning 🔆
    The asanas are absolutely amazing! The joints are more open, and my muscles have been elongated. ❤️👍🏼

    Have recently discovered your channel and really like it as I prefer music in these videos than talking but would suggest for the music not to have lyrics in yoga videos. Thank you for producing these!

    Hello! First of all, great job and i wish the best luck and success!!
    I had an ED for some long time, i had an awful relationship with food and working out. Fortunatelly i have been overcoming it and nowadays i try to simply fuel my body right, listen to my body needs and concerning on how i feel. Some days i really feel like working out, it gives me a good mood, makes me distract from the stress and exams, somedays i really feel like stretching or doing some yoga/pilates, other days of course i feel like simply resting, i just listen to my body. What want to say with this is that i feel the energy that i am trying to share and atract in your videos, when i feel like working out hard and im energetic i go look for one of your videos, when i feel like stretching or doing something smooth i go search in your videos. I feel like you transmitte balance and peace, and i really love when you post this kind of workouts or stretching routines, it totally completes your channel. Good luck with everything and kisses from Portugal ❣

    I think you should insert some 5-10 second between one exercise and the other. By the time you start the next exercise you loose seconds. Apart from that the sequence is interesting.
