My SpaceTrooper literally landed on my door step 10 mins ago. What a brilliant figure. Mine is a HT exclusive. My SandTrooper from SS arrived a few days ago. I think I'm done for 2023. Lots of POs arriving in 2024.
Troopers are my thing - and would be the last figures to leave my collection. My favourite design out of all the different Star Wars costumes is the original, iconic, Stormtrooper! A classic design. This one’s a great add to the collection. I got lucky and managed to pick a new one up a few months back for only £210 - bargain!! One trooper you must get Chris, and I don’t remember seeing it in your collection, is the Jump Trooper. I have 95% of the troopers released and this would easily be near the top. Plenty of weathering - it’s ace. Definitely check it out!!

Decided to limit my spending by not getting the VGM line (used to have the Shocktrooper but this left the collection)... but yeah I may go for it considering how highly you rate it 👍🏻

I've seen Star Wars countless times and never released those 2 troopers were different! Do luv me a trooper my favourite and only HT is the sand trooper " move along move along" thanks for showing me that figure it's nice to still after all these years be learning new things about this awesome movie and it's attention to detail 😁 stay safe brother 😎

Love the new hope troopers best of all…iconic are they?. The addition of the breathing apparatus elevates this figure to the next level and that wee bit more difficult to track down, a fantastic piece to have in your trooper collection I am not sure how many collectors will actually have this piece, so for that reason he’s a keeper for sure!. Thanks for this wee video , always enjoy getting that notification alert for a new one , very much looking forward to whatever May be up next on the channel, as always , stay well 👍

I was wise/lucky enough to snag one and love it - it’s a unique trooper. It makes me want hot toys to produce more like the battlefront troopers, because it’s kinda like one of those issues. Be careful with that supply line, tho - it’s fragile. He looks gray with those other troopers. Thanks for the great reviews!

Great video, even though you're wearing an ESB t-shirt while reviewing an ANH figure. 😂😂 (did you think I wouldn't notice?) One of the interesting parts - the backpack "canister" - is hidden when installed; I've always thought it would be cool to have a second one with another figure holding it and about to insert it.

This is one trooper thats missing from my collection. I still can get him for rather a reasonable price here and was planning to get him if I manage to snag a Death Star gunner , to display with Tarkin. But as always, watching your review making me to get him tomorrow. You are truly an enabler mate..hahah. Looks simple but there always something special with OT figures . Eh TK421 was in Dunelm today with they wife and they had an extensive Star Wars collection of character cups washbags , pillows thermos flask etc my personal favourite was C3PO headphones holders ,y'all gotta get down there and scope out the goodies👀👀👍👍😂😂
Interested to see that the Space Troopers didn’t have T-21Bs in the movie, so I have license to get a pair of these and give one or both of those rifles to other Troopers!
I couldn't tell if they had weapons at all tbh, their holsters even looked empty from what I could tell! So yeah good opportunity to share those blasters around with other figures! 👍🏻
Great review. It's funny every time I hear, "this (xyz) character was barely seen in the show,! Why would they make it???" . Ummmm...let's talk SpaceTrooper and Patrol Trooper 😂😂 Two of the all time LEAST amount of screen time. Everything else may as well be hours.
Dude, I've been interested in this figure for ages after seeing it in your collection. Well impressed now you've given it an in depth look, wish I could get this one. You made an interesting point about the gun holsters, I noticed this a while ago and have made replicas for some of my upcoming customs that I will pit on the channel when it's up and running. I really like the holsters. I was a bit disappointed that the mando storm trooper commander didn't have a white leather belt either , I don't even know how you get that full plastic one off. Anyway, awesome video as always dude! Keep up the great work 👍
Thanks mate, definitely worth trying to get hold of one if you can! And good point about the Stormtrooper Commander, you reminded me they changed it didn't they. And the thermal detonator can no longer hook over the plastic belt so it now magnetises on. I guess to remove the belt you'd have to remove the feet and leg armour and then you may be able to slide it down over the legs? Personally I prefer the original way they had it like on these ANH troopers. More screen accurate too! Looking forward to seeing the custom holsters! 😀🙌

Man I don't think I want to be pulling a trooper apart, you would have to take the whole under-suit off and all the armor, scary! We ordered the dewback and sandtrooper commander. In your opinion, do you think they will re-issue the sand trooper? Because I would love both but frankly I think if they were going to, it would have been shortly after dewback pre-orders went up.
Yes taking the armour off is not something I'd *ever* want to do tbh! I doubt Hot Toys will reissue the Sandtrooper. Not a direct 2.0 reissue anyway. They may release slight variants, e.g. like with the Stormtrooper Squad Leader. A Mos Eisley Squad Leader/Commander maybe? But yeah as they're releasing the Sergeant separately I don't think it would make sense for them to release two troopers so close to each other. But Hot Toys are seemingly quite random in what they release so who knows! 😀

I'm wondering if I should get another sand trooper sergeant and switch out the poldron for the orange one I got with the squad leader, he won't have the cool blaster but it will fill my vision of how he should look on the dewback.
