Äh, good example at the beginning. But you on the other hand (pun intended) are using just a step down jab with no distance change of the supporting leg as in the cross version. That's what's creating the uncommon gap in the distance ( main reason for successful SMPs in my experience ).
I used this in my first "play fight" in training and kept catching the guy in the face. I really like the technique. I assume it's better used with low kicks? What about teeps and knees and round house kicks?
Thats not the best way to use Mad Gradort, for a start the guys left hand is up to protect the right punch, the punch is best used against an attempted catch and especially against a taller person.
you need to step further left with your left foot when doing a Muay Thai kick it will add so much more power driving through your opponent , good job otherwise
this is great, the mma version is super telegraphed (other than gsp's superman jab lol)
Nice move thanks for info
Great vid...and really enjoy the podcast with Chris. Would like to train with both of you!
may I know what is the music, please
I desagree a bit. It works a lot better if you are a southpaw, feint left kick and left hook
Nice move. Congrats!
How is the song name at the beginning? Tanks
+Arthur Rosalen the song is actually the theme song for Lawrence Kenshin

Is the Superman punch legal in boxing? I would love to start one of my boxing fights by a running Superman punch and KO my opponent Masvidal style
I'm not sure to be honest
Wow that's nice twist to this MMA move
